Unhelpfully, Google will bring you here when you search E4310 CMOS battery. It is **not** in the same place as the E4300 battery.
For those looking for it, the E4310 battery is in the memory bay, on the underside of the laptop.

Could you please help me. I still have such a laptop but the batterie don't load. Laptop work without problems with direct charging cable, only an orange led that indicates the battery isn't charging
