Thanks for the video, I used it to remove and replace a new base. The battery support on one side was damaged and caused the display hinge to fail. I was able to pick up a new base on Ebay for under $10.00, including shipping. What a deal.
some comments on the video: 1.) the image is horizontally flipped at some point, I don't understand why and if it was necessary at all, 2.) there is a small board with the power button, that you don't show removing, so at 5.18min it is there and a few moments later it's gone. It is worth noting, that this board is better to be removed at a later stage, when the pastic cover /sitting above the motherboard and below the keyboard/ is removed and first you need to disconnect the small cable from the other side and then flip again and unscrew it. Same goes when assembling again - it's better to put this board before attaching the plastic cover and the monitor, otherwise it will be hard, manageable but hard /because of the mistake in this video I had to do it at the later stage, when the plastic and monitor were already put in place, 3.) I have additional pair of antenna cables coming out of the monitor and through a hole they go to the back side of the laptop, in the WWAN compartment /area/. You don't seem to have those on your particular piece of the E4300. Aside from the aforementioned - great video and very helpful, Thank you!
on the dell E4300 I had to disasemble it tp replace the the bottom cover, im having a problem now with the cables where the display and network card connect. would you tell me which wires go were on this mini card that they SNAP on to ..?????

10/1/2020 No sound!!!! even though other videos have sound just fine and the advertisement in the middle of this one had sound. Tried 3 times
this laptop is very difficult to open
This helped me but while unscrewing the screws behind the keyboard it started to strip even using the correct bit.
can i put an ssd into the WWAN slot?
It looks like the cpu is soldered to the motherboard which is not great, as it would be impossible to upgrade to a faster cpu. Is that right?
