    Hello and thanks for this amazing video.
    Talking about emotions ; I have a different experience with them .
    Most of the time I don't know what it is that I am feeling or what has caused it . Most of the time I feel numb but at the same time deeply unhappy .
    Sometime I can not seperate my emotions to say that its anger that I am feeling . For me is just good or positive vs. Bad or negative feelings .
    What should I do ?
