In 90 - 20% - 3 x 4 = 60
First I get the 20% of 90 by simply multiply 90 by 0.2 to get the answer which is 18.
Then go the equation, 90 - 18 - 12 = 60
Am I right?

Yes, mathematically not correct as 90 minus 20% is 98.8. But the answers imply that this should be 90 * (1-20%)

first we calculate the 20% of 90 which is 18 then we multiply 3*4 which will give 12 therefore we can say 90-18-12 which is equal to 60
