Tom hardy plays such a good venom tho. If they bring venom to mcu they should do knull storyline since knull is connected to the celestials they could make knull the main villain like Thanos.
I want a daredevil team up, daredevil can sort of be like the grounding element for spidey after all the aliens and cosmic stuff. Like daredevil can show that there are huge underworld stuff going on with kingpin and others in NY and a team up should be awesome.
Agreed. I say bring back a few things from the Netflix series, but not necessarily all. Elektra was also awesome from the second season of Daredevil. Let's leave Iron Fist out or recast/reboot him.
Yeah I think we missed out on the street level spider-man. Shame because tom holland became an avenger so fast we missed most of that. But you're right daredevil will be perfect to ground him :)
Peter is at his lowest point in his life ,and the temptation of the symbiote's power is just prefect for this moment. I'm looking forward for the black suit arc in the MCU.
And some people are hyped about Daredevil and Kingpin... Like, what?...... Who CARES about them when you have an entire Symbiot arc the black suit and Venom?
My thing is, articles on the web are saying that maybe the Scorpion Easter egg was really the Gargan Venom. But they are seriously overlooking something. Flash Thompson! He was an iteration of Venom, and he dislikes Peter, especially with the world "reset". Just saying
Another really interesting option for Agent Venom: The Punisher. He's a badass anti-hero, and with the Netflix characters starting to reappear in the MCU, it's entirely possible now. No idea if it happens in the comics, but it's a fun possibility.
@@HowdyItLovll John b played a better punisher than the guy in the movie. Better character development and made more sense and was more realistic. Which is the point of the punisher to be a grounded antihero
I feel like what they did with Venom was perfect. Tom Hardy’s Venom doesn’t really fit into the story of Tom Holland’s Spidey. So we got the surprise and then a tease that the symbiote is gonna happen. These versions don’t really need to crossover like that.
@@nekogamer2508 the writers of venom franchise have no idea how tf to write this character, they kept promoting it as a story about anti-hero but all we see is that making Eddie into a damn loser
Whatever u do, just don't bring any of Tom Holland's Highschool friends in his next movie's, they all just suck at their role and unpleasant to see with really bad acting from what I saw .
Yea I’m glad venom wasn’t added in. Plus I knew he wouldn’t because Andy Serkis stated he made the post credit scene in Venom 2 for fun and for hopefully one day venom to be added to the MCU. Because right now venom isn’t contracted to be in the MCU so Sony/Marvel needed to fix that by sending him back to his universe.
@@mandeepkumarray9050 They can, but chances are whatever they come up with will NEVER be better than what we got. Some people were just PERFECT for the part like Ryan Reynolds as Deadpool. Thats why they brought back Charlie Cox and Vincent D'Onofrio from the Netflix series because rgry were so popular and well received by the fans. It also saves Disney time n money on auditions for casting. The sad thing is chances are the reason Sony made their venom PG13 instead of R and filled it with "humour" was all to make him be able to fit in with Disney's family friendly MCU more easy The irony is IF sony had just stuck with their guns n gave us a more dark n Brain Eating story like in the comics then the fans wouldve loved it more ans then Disney wouldve had to have brought him into the universe like Deadpool n wolverine. I just hope that whatever they have planned for the "Baby Venom" Symbiote that they dont waste it and give it to someone like Flash.
@@mandeepkumarray9050 because they want to make the movies and shows relevant to the comics. In the comics there are so many crossovers and stories that are told that can be on the big screen, and with the contracting rights Disney has they can make those shows and movies. They do tell their own stories just as the comics do. The fans love the crossovers that happen anyways so why the hate?
@@andrew.barker Literally Every Andrew reminds me of Andrew Garfield's spider-man and and the fact that we might never see him again as The Amazing Spider-Man,Seriously, Cancelling TASM 3 is worst thing Sony did after Killing Gwen Stacy in the 2nd film. Everyone wants TASM 3 man.
I'd love to see Venom 3 open with Venom telling Eddie that a bit of the symbiote is in the mcu and Eddie feels like its his responsibility to get it back, leading to his return to the mcu. Really I just want to see Tom Hardy's Venom in the mcu and not to have someone else be Venom
Dude me too. Super pissed he didnt have a bigger role. Can you imagine his impact in those fight scenes? If Venom finds the other Tom hardy in the MCU i would be just fine with that. WE CANNOT HAVE FLASH AS VENOM!!! hes to goofy and the actor is not a venom thats for sure.
@@LordVanOskuro two venoms nah it just wouldn’t make sense. They are multiple ways to get Eddie Brock back to the mcu. We just have to trust in Marvel studios They def earn my trust. If it was Warner Brother dear lord 😂
I feel like they’re going to make a new The Amazing Spider-man movie with Andrew again. and have Tom Hardy’s Venom go against him. I’d love to see Andrew’s Spider-man with venom’s symbiote
i think it’ll happen as well bc in spider-man NWH andrew garfield said “aw i really wanna fight an alien.” that could be setting up a future movie against venom
@@joblessthug7005 But is venom in his universe? didn't seem like Eddie Brock knew who Spiderman was at all. Im sure if Eddie brock had a spider man in his universe he would know about it. He is a reported after all.
I think the whole point of leaving the symbiote behind was to introduce Knull. The Hive Mind will allow Knull to see the MCU Universe and how powerful it is, and make his way there.
Honestly, considering how the symbiotes have been easily talking and explaining the bond situation to their hosts, I would actually like it if Peter and the symbiote could work things out. I mean considering the hive mind, why would any venom symbiote repeat the mistakes of the Rami Venom.
I mean i dunno one thing I don’t understand about the Venomverse is that they are all set to turn into giant monsters. Why for Peter it becomes a regular black suit and not a giant monster? I know in the comics that’s not the case but the movies? I hope they explain that.
@@Mr.PR2000 its because the symbiote doesn't bond with Peter completely. It takes over the suit he was already wearing. Since the suit covered his entire skin there was no way for a proper Venom to form
I just wanna see Tom Hardy as Venom in the MCU don’t get rid of him! Also wanna see an R rated Venom movie which will probably have to be Sonys universe since Marvel is scared to make a move R.
A darker version of Eddie Broc would be awesome and Tom Hardy is a excellent actor in portarying darker/violent roles such as Bane, Alfie Solomons, Forrest Boundarant, The Kray Twins, Tom Conlon, Bronson, Mad Max. Go look those characters up and you will see that he is nothing like that in the Venom movies.
Yss Bro I've a question that Strange told that Everyone from different universes who knew that Peter Parker is Spiderman man came in the mcu But how did electro came in As didn't knew that Peter was Spider-Man

I specifically want to see Tom Hardy continue some version of his role in the MCU. It'd be awesome to eventually see him and Tom Holland's Spider-Man face off.
11:20 - I kind of disagree that this is all we want to see. We want to see it, but there should be some semblance of personal stake and/or history between these two characters when they clash. I thought it was brilliant what they did with Goblin/Osbourne in No Way Home, giving him instant beef with Tom Holland's Spidey. Otherwise, there would've been pretty much no connection between these two characters.
I'm actually happy that only the symbiote stayed because now we have a chance for peter to properly wear the black suit. You can do so much more than just venom with the symbiote. And the black suit is so integral part of many stories like Kraven's last hunt for example. So I for once hope they will let Peter have his time with the symbiote before it's transferred to someone else.
And this is how you get the 🕷 on venoms CHEST. Maybe even if the same EDDIE Variant is found and bound to venom. Through the HIVE MIND. Sonys venom could duplicate the 🕷 onto his chest
But why did a chunk get left behind in the first place? Surely it would have blipped away since it isn't from that universe. My theory is that after it detached it immediately connected to the hivemind making it part of the MCU's portion of the hivemind. I'm pretty sure Venom keeps himself apart from the hivemind since he's a "loser", but you'd think his spawn would instantly try to make a connection. And part of that connection is knowing Peter Parker is Spiderman since that knowledge is multiversal and therefore can't be erased from the hivemind, they'd just lose track of who the MCU's Peter is and what he looks like until a certain venom spawn locates him. However, that spawn may also still have memories of Venom and Eddie so he might seek out the MCU's Eddie Brock who I imagine is working for JJJ as an investigative reporter trying to uncover who Spiderman is like in the comics, bonds with the symbiote, gets all the answers and becomes MCU's Venom.
@@emerje0 yeah I think that part left creating a new entity. So while the venom left because I guess Eddie Brock forget who Peter is but the small part of the now new venom symbiote left behind because he knows Peter it spiderman because of the hivemind. Anyways don't want to think it too hard, it's a plot hole they need to explain at some point in the future
I was just thinking, Peter is now unemployed, what if, like in the comics, he hides in plain sight, making money selling photos of Spiderman to JJJ? And what if he starts a rivalry with another one of JJJ photographers/reporters, the MCU version of Eddie Brock, which goes bad when Eddie starts to become jealous of Peter which then leads to him bonding with the Venom spawn that got left behind? Despite Strange's spell the symbiote knowledge that Peter is Spiderman would still persist since that information is multiversal, they would just simply forget what the MCU Peter looks like, but he wouldn't be hard to track down.
I think that piece of Venom left behind will end up bonding with Mac Gargan to bring Scorpion into the mix. During the blip Mac Gargan was one of the people left behind, escaped prison, and fled to Mexico. We will see the symbiote jump from host to host until it eventually finds Mac.
I'm pretty sure they're gonna send the MCU venom directly after spiderman. Going for MCU Eddie is a good guess because he knows they are compatible. But my guess is he won't be compatible with the Eddie in that universe, so he'll seek out his next candidate spiderman. However I do still have deep questions about how exactly Tom Holland got bit by a radioactive spider and where, since NWH established that there is no oscorp in the main MCU timeline. So where did this spider come from?
in amazing fantasy #15 peter got bit by the spider at a science fair exhibition and oscorp never existed until amazing spider-man #37 so mcu spider-man got bit at a science exhibition
@@hazambe Not necessarily a plot hole. It could be something from Stark, Hammer, maybe even a subsidiary of Aim or whatever Killian had. Unless they plan to introduce Miles, the where is not as important.
Kraven the Hunter! omg u reminded me of 2002 Gameboy spiderman game I played, where he was one of the first bosses and most certainly a fun and challenging one damn gotta find it again
Through the character development of Eddie Brock, who’ll grow to resent Spider-Man, as it should be, not forced in from the Sony-verse via a side door.
I kinda need a status update on universes. Currently this is where I am at: MCU - got Spidey owned by Sony Venom - not got Spidey, both owned by Sony Now Spidey stays in the MCU? Baby Venom is also in the MCU? Are Sony and Marvel joining forces for a few more movies? It sounds like the next Spider-Man will still be in the MCU. I was totally expecting him to get somehow lost in the Venom-Verse. So, yeah.. what's the situation for the next few movies? Who is where? Spidey is still very much around in the MCU.. so...
The mind wipe made it so Spiderman is technically in the mcu but Sony can use him to make their own movies without interacting with other parts of the mcu. How much the next movie will affect the mcu depends entirely on what deal marvel and Sony come up with.
Tom Holland stays in the mcu. If Sony wants to go solo they can bring back Andrew who is getting great reviews. There will eventually be a Venom in the mcu that will more closely follow the comics origin including Fantastic Four involvement. Spidey will get the symbiote fighting Kang instead of Secret Wars. In the mcu we will get another more serious trilogy. There will also be lots of team ups with Daredevil, Human Torch\ Fantastic Four. Eventually there will be Miles Morales.
Lol Sony isn’t stupid. They’re making a ton of money by being able to profit off of all Disney’s hard work. They’re not gonna let that go any time soon. They might not make as much money as they would with totally solo Sony spidey movies but they’re still making a crap ton without having to pony up as much money and work
I think having multiple actors play venom would be great in their own venom movies. Can you imagine a live action Venomverse down the spiderverse? It'd be even more hype inducing than Spiderverse in NWH. Tom hardy venom, mcu venom, Topher Venom and every single character should be in another multiverse movie fighting the poisons.
This is a really good vid. Enjoyed this one. Remember from the first venom film that they symbiote can only bond with certain hosts. So im confident that it'll find a variant of Eddie Brock. It needs the right host to be able to survive. There will be some kind of explainer as to why it'll be able to bond with Peter with no ramifications.
If Oscorp doesn't exist in our main MCU timeline, then perhaps Norman Osborn doesn't exist and Eddie Broke and many others may not exist either. So maybe Brock ain't an option.
@@Kris_AB Thats a fair point actually. Its hard to say at this point what theyll do. It feels like they're retconing everything because we even got Matt Murdoch out of nowhere. They will find a way to make it work. But if not then they may go the mac gargan route or something like that. Or Eddie may just look different completely.
I like the initial theory and I think that is the plot for Spider-Man 4. Set a year after No Way Home. We get a glimpse of how Peter got bit and became Spider-Man only to flash to Peter waking from a dream. He then attends his first day of college at Empire State University. Where he meets Harry Osborne, Gwen Stacy and….Eddie Brock. Eddie interns at the Daily Bugle and possibly where Peter could get a job. I think we’ll see Dr. Curt Connors as a professor here. I also think Kingpin enters the fray where he is trying to hustle or shakedown FEAST and that leads Peter as Spider-Man to tangle with Kingpin. But Kingpin hires Kraven to do his dirty work which eventually leads Kraven to hunt down and almost kill Spider-Man. With the stress of a new, tough foe and the recent lost of Aunt May still fresh in his mind, this leads Peter to the Venom symbiote. The small sliver of venom symbiote in Mexico acts as a beacon for the MCU venom symbiote to come to earth. Kind of like in Spider-Man 3. It comes to earth by the way of crashing or landing in Mexico to merge with the Song Verse symbiote and from there with the hive knowledge, travel to New York to find Peter Parker. It travels from host to host, traveling to NYC where one day finds a host to bump into or encounter Peter. This is where it finally latches on to Peter and when he puts the suit on, we get the classic black suit. From here on it aids in Spider-Man’s pursuit to stop Kingpin and Kraven. Pushing Spider-Man to be more brutal and aggressive in his fights to stop crime. Even to the point of killing a man. Which will be the breaking point for Peter and the suit. Eventually leading Peter to detach from it and get rid of it. This to the severe dismay of the venom symbiote. It finds it’s way to Eddie to who has always had a competitive relationship with Peter. Venom know formed with the MCU Eddie, hunts Spider-Man along with Kraven who broke into the raft to free Scropion from prison. I also think this is the perfect opportunity to bring in Rhino as Kraven represents a leader of animal themed villains. Here we see a trio of villains face Spider-Man who initially is overwhelmed. Then he also is facing venom who eventually turns to the anti-hero we know for a moment in order to help Spider-Man defeat Kraven, Scorpion and Rhino. From then on we get a Venom arch in Spider-Man I also think this is where Oscorp is revealed. Norman Osborne, along with Otto Octavious, Curt Connors and Max Dillion all working under Osborne for a military science company that rebrands under the name “Oscorp” because of Norman’s greed and ego. This is the new Avengers tower.
I think it would be MacGargan who would become Venom, due to his past with Spidey in the MCU that we obviously never got to truly see. The Scorpion is a great villain, and I think he would fit the story well.
I love the Tom hardy theory! We don’t need another Eddie brock. Venom we have now is the best! There connection together is amazing and it’ll be awesome to see a Eddie brock who is a shoulder. It means we get to see a whole side of Tom hardy playing a different character.
I think making Venom bond with the Flash Thompson of the MCU would actually make for a touching story, but I'd kind of like it to eventually reach a variant of Eddie
The flash Thompson in the mcu is just isn’t worth being one of the main characters cus of marvel making him a joke so I don’t think that’s a good idea but the eddie one seems interesting I doubt Sony is gonna let marvel use the same actor tho
Tom Hardy, yes please! One of my favourite actors and probably, in my view, the best Venom in cinematics. Also, can we have you Ryan as a writer for MCU movies please? Null in the MCU? HELL YES!!!
I feel like the little bit of symbiot left in the MCU will somehow be like a keyhole gateway for Sony-CU Venom to be able to push back through at some point during the Next Doctor Strange movie's events.
I thought Spiderman is the most likely candidate for the little piece of Venom to bond to but the others sound good too. Will Luke Cage, Jessica Jones or Iron Fist appear in the MCU? Does Gorr the God Butcher, the Celestials or Knull know or are aware of Galactus?
Something I realized is that since such a small peice of venom was left over, only a small version of venom will be in the McU. So that means we get the black spider suit
Would have been funny if after Eddi got sent back to his home dimension then Topher Grace walked out of the bathroom, but someone decides to rob the bar, and Topher Grace gets shot and killed. Getting punched in the face and knocked out would also work. Then we hear venom's voice "nope", and he does his best caterpillar impression and goes out the front door. While singing the old spiderman theme song.
With the multiverse, it also doesn't mean that the Tom Hardy/Eddie Brock won't get pulled back in. With the multiverse of madness coming, anything could happen.
I think that the Venom symbiote itself is unlikely to stop being an anti-hero, but it's hard for Venom to find physically stable hosts, so will always be beholden to the whims of whichever host he can find who works... So for example if he does bond with Gargan I think Gargan will be in control.
i’m thinking after the events of multiverse of madness there’s gonna be some consequences for their multiversal meddling which would combine the mcu’s earth with other earths, including venoms. There’s no reason to complicate things, we already have a great eddie brock and venom. If it ain’t broke don’t fix it
Is it me, or do you keep missing that Venom was responsible for transporting himself to the MCU? He wasn't brought by Dr. Strange's messed up spell; he did it himself to show Eddie that he could in the Venom 2 post credits sequence. He can already travel back and forth at will; the little piece he left at the end of No Way Home is just an excuse to have a different Venom in the MCU, with none of the ethical experience his father had so that he can be as villainous as the writers want.
My assumption is since the Symbiote can breed and reproduce off of a single drop like it does with carnage that once Eddie was severed from this universe that one piece of the Symbiote became its own entity so therefore doesn’t technically belong to the Sony universe anymore that’s just how I pictured it
My current leading theory is that Peter Parkers' struggle to regain his identity will bring him into contact with F4. The GED textbook shows that he is still taking his academic life seriously and with Stark gone and potentially Stark industries still under investigation, I think he will start making moves towards creating Parker industries very soon, which will take him into the business of research and development in order to help people and at that point it's not very far to leap to assume he'd be aware of the likes of Reed Richards.
Given how highly I rate Tom Hardy’s acting and how different every character he plays is, if anyone is capable of playing the part of 2 different Venom characters where 1 is in the MCU and the other is the current Venom we have so far seen, then it’s him. He played the Kray twins in Legend and they were wildly different to each other after all. Although.. it does seem a huge thing to take on, and more likely to have someone else play the part of the second Venom. I would think the Venom character is the same as Tom Hardy’s since it’s a bit of that symbiote that was left behind, so is it even likely we would have a more menacing Venom or not? Wouldn’t it be a similar character?
it does matter for me.. Eddie is such a well developed and charismatic character.. i want him as venom not some edgy boring supervillain.. i want an antihero Eddie venom
Any chance of them bringing Ghost Rider into the MCU in any capacity? I feel like with them going further into the Multiverse angle, it leaves a lot for them to explore on the more Earthly side of the MCU.
I bet if Last of Us is successful enough, or even before then honestly, that they will bring back my boy Gabriel Luna as Robbie Reyes. I wouldn't mind other GR with their iconic motorcycles tho.
I know when Disney bought Fox a lot of people were upset, but at this point I just want MCU to be involved in all the projects because Sony being left alone is just horrible
I fully agree that the multiverse hive mind that all symbiotes share is what prevents Venom from forgetting Peter Parker completely. At the same time I was hoping that No Way Home was going to be the vehicle that delivered a certain other non-MCU Marvel character who, due to his super-human mental abilities, not only knows who Peter Parker is but also that he's Spider-Man. Also, his mental acumen prevents him from being coerced by any sort of hypnotism or mind control which we can only assume also applies to Dr Strange's spell. That being the case, he possibly wouldn't have been transported back to his own universe. But now I can only hope that either Multiverse of Madness or Quantumania will deliver him to the MCU. Although, by all reasoning, he should've been arrested by the TVA for time traveling and creating a bunch of nexus events (the least of which was preventing the death of his girlfriend while also killing several others including a variant of himself) which fundamentally changed the multiverse by creating numerous branches in defiance of the sacred timeline. You know whom I'm talking about.
I just hope that we ACTUALLY get to see venom done justice like in the comics n cartoons Not some scrony weakling like Topher Grace from Spiderman 3 Not an anti-hero like Sony's Venom But some sort of combination of the 2 Evil n dark like in spiderman 3 n big n butch like Sonys Venom Basically the look of Sony's Venom but EVIL Sadly I already know we will NEVER get a brain eating monster because that would be too dark for Disney😒 I just hope Flash Thompson doesnt become Agent Venom as that would be as bad a casting choice as Topher Grace🤦♂️ and as bad an idea as Ned becoming hobgoblin🤪. Just No!😑
Amazing... I disagree with everything you said! lol Well, except Topher Grace's version of Venom being a disgrace. I'd have no problem with this version of Flash Thompson becoming Agent Venom and especially not with this Ned Leeds becoming the Hobgoblin, although they seem to be hinting at him becoming more of sorcerer type of character, which would still make for an interesting version of Hobgoblin and would pretty easily justify bringing in the Demogoblin as well, which would then tie in perfectly with Moon Knight and the appearance of a new Ghost Rider. I love the idea of getting into the more supernatural side of Marvel, and with the Black Knight and Blade soon coming into play, as well as Moon Knight, that seems very likely. Also, Venom hasn't been evil in decades, and arguably never was and was always more of an anti-hero. He's even sided with Spider-Man on several occasions. So what you were saying about doing him justice like the comics isn't coherent with your assertion that he should be evil. Hell, after the Knull saga it's arguable that Venom is now amongst Marvel's greatest heroes, not even anti-heroes. But what do I know, I've just been a comics enthusiast and a fan of Venom since the 90s.
@@RicardoPetinga If you didnt like Topher Grace I dunno why think Tony Revolri will be good. Other than their skin tones, they are practicly the same person in physique and tone. Even the guy in the video thinks itd be a bad idea. If it was the flash thompson from the raimi verse or amazing spiderman film then I could see it as ATLEAST they looked the part n acted the part but the MCU version doesnt. Same with Ned. No offence the guy playing Ned but he doesnt have the temperment to be a villain or the physique. Unless he goes on a full body transformation before then I dont see him doing an escapes. As he currently is, If he was to try and rob a bank I think he'd be even more of a failure and a joke than when Paul Giamatti tried in Amazing Spiderman 2. Are we talking about the same Venom here? As in Eddie Brock or are you talking about after he changed host to Flash Thompson and became Agent Venom? Because I dont see them as the same. I know Agent Venom is a hero or anti hero but as far as I know Venom (aka Eddie Brock) has ALWAYS been the bad guy. Atleast from what Ive seen in all the animated series and Spiderman 3. Unless this is ANOTHER new itteration MADE UP by Disney after they took over Marvel, like all the other changes n rewrites they made to classic beloved marvel characters like Ms Marvel n the XMen. If so I dont classify it as canon. Yes I do know that there was a time when Eddie n Spiderman had to teamup to stop carnage, but I seen that as The Enemy of My Enemy kinda situation. He was never really a god guy. It was more of an alliance out of necessity. He still went back to villainy as far as I know. He was never really the hero type, more of a monster that would kill anyone n anythong in his way, both good guys n bad guys alike. He didnt discriminate. All he cared about is killing n eating brains. Even if he did as you say have some sort of redemption n manage to use Venom for good, its only later after he was able to see what the symbiote was doing to him n regain his senses. The Sony movies make symbiotes look like good things and dont show the downside or torment that the bond with the symbiote put Eddie through. It didnt even get the Anti Hero part right becsuse it never showed him kill anyone other than riot. They did what Marvel did to Hulk n Thor, turned him frim a Badass into a joke for comedy sense.
@@BIGDaddioJohnB Believe or not actually, Venom hasnt been a full fledged villain since the 90s. Venom started his own Anti-Hero comics back in 1993 as in Venom: Lethal Protector. Venom has always been more interesting as someone who is flawed but is trying to do the right thing. This was always his character arc. His whole character is built on his Redemption Arc. This is why he is always talking about "saving the innocents." And like I said, its nothing new. Just read Lethal Protector, Maximum Carnage, Venom:The Madness, Venom: Carnage Unleshed, Venom: The Mace, Venom: The hunger, etc. A Also, the eating brain part is fake lol, in 616 cannon, he (Eddie Brock) never actually eat brains on his own, he says that simply as a threat. The ONLY time he did was in Venom: The Hunger, where the symbiote lost control and ate a criminal's brain. Eddie was completely terrified and tried to find a cure for whatever the hell happened. He then later discovered he could replace the need to eat brains with chocolate (just like in the movies). Mac Gargan however, does 100% eat brains for enjoyement, so that might be where you got the confusion. If I can recommend good Venom Comics, please read Venom:Rex and Venom:The Abyss. Amazing books by Donny Cates which perfectly captures his character: a deeply troubled individual who tries to do the right thing, but his chastised by everyone besides the symbiote. Nowadays, after the events of Venom: The King in Black, Venom is 100% a full fledged hero. He has saved the entire universe and has the respect and gratitude of Spider-man, the avengers, the xmen, and basically all the good guys. This is why its frustrating seeing people wanting it to go back, it would just put all of this redemption arc to complete waste, and this is why I'll always believe in my Venom (Eddie Brock) as a hero, just like in the comics back from the 1990s to now. Sorry for the long text, but thank you for taking the time to read it all!
@@NintenYo Thanks for letting me know and thanks for the intetesting read. It was very informative. Guese I'll have to get a hold of some of these venom comics to see what Ive been missing.
Eddie and venom will return via multiverse. Even Kevin feige teased spider-man will cross cinematic universes. Even Andy Serkis and Tom Hardy teased the fight with Spider-man.
I think the fact that Peter no longer has access to stark tech is a big draw for the black suit story. He probably grows weary of a basic, handmade suit, discovers something that will enhance him, then goes down the path of destruction
peter just needs enough money to make high tech suits cause peter is extremly genious but poor at this point. he made his own suit in far from home but at that time sufficient materials and technologies were provided by happy hogan. So I think if he somehow gets access to money or some technological help or some fund he can create and design any hightech suit for himself
If the symbiotie goes to Peter then acquire the spider logo then it goes to Mac gargan, that would be so cool. However I'm not sure they'd go down that path.
I had the same thought about Agent Venom being in the MCU while true VENOM continues with SONY. It opens the door for the storyline where symbiote Dr. Strange summons venom's from all over the multiverse. Like the comic, the the hype is to see past MCU movie heroes venomized. Toss in Carnage as the team double crosser and Dead Pool for the banter. Such a movie could combo 2 storylines by replacing the threat of the Poisons with Dr Strange summoning venom's to fight against Knull instead.
I feel that’s coming. I feel with the memory spell at play, it leaves room for the addition of classic Spider-Man characters to the MCU. Harry Osborne as Peter’s new friend, Gwen Stacy as a female friend/love interest, Norman Osborne and Oscorp, etc
Why didn't the the Symbiote chunk go back with Brock as well? If it seeks Spiderman and bonds with him and realized he is Peter Parker. Being from another universe now knowing that Parker is Spiderman, will that be the loophole that may break Dr. Strange's memory spell? And Wong was gone after and didn't interfere when the spell was cast. And revealing that he's the Sorcerer Supreme, will Wong remember Peter Parker help him out?
I think daredevil getting the symbiote would be the most interesting out of all of the choices for a host. Since his character (at least in the show) is about the conflict if he should kill or not, and the symbiote amplifies negative emotions, which would make a really interesting plot line

Yeah I think we missed out on the street level spider-man. Shame because tom holland became an avenger so fast we missed most of that. But you're right daredevil will be perfect to ground him :)
Maybe that's how he becomes even more of the friendly neighborhood spiderman that we know in the comics
Let's go Team Red from the comics!! Daredevil, Spider-Man & Deadpool!!!
@The Weavile Tobeys back hurt from carrying the spidey verse
My thing is, articles on the web are saying that maybe the Scorpion Easter egg was really the Gargan Venom. But they are seriously overlooking something. Flash Thompson! He was an iteration of Venom, and he dislikes Peter, especially with the world "reset". Just saying
@The Weavile yeah, since he does look up to Spider-Man, just not Parker
Another really interesting option for Agent Venom: The Punisher. He's a badass anti-hero, and with the Netflix characters starting to reappear in the MCU, it's entirely possible now. No idea if it happens in the comics, but it's a fun possibility.
John would make an amazing venom
Haha a lot of heads about to go missing in NYC
Excellent theory but punisher fans may not like the change
That's a good idea, and the combined skills of the punisher with the strength and abilities of the symbiote would be a deadly combination.
Correct so venom could actually get the you know spider on his costume
I agree
Yeah he's way too much of a good guy to be an actual antagonist
This piece of venom is actually bad because separated mind but reminder of how he was created
@@nekogamer2508 the writers of venom franchise have no idea how tf to write this character, they kept promoting it as a story about anti-hero but all we see is that making Eddie into a damn loser

Would still ruin the relationship of Peter and him. He’s too old. They need a college aged Eddie Brock
@The Weavile But the actor that play as Flash is kinda hmmm 👎
@The Weavile I think Flash Doesn’t even know who is Peter after the spell
Whatever u do, just don't bring any of Tom Holland's Highschool friends in his next movie's, they all just suck at their role and unpleasant to see with really bad acting from what I saw .
@The Weavile how do you know they're immune to the spell lmfao
I forgot about venom during the whole film, only to remember him in the post credit scene.
Why does they need to bring characters to mcu. Can't they make their own separate stories.
The sad thing is chances are the reason Sony made their venom PG13 instead of R and filled it with "humour" was all to make him be able to fit in with Disney's family friendly MCU more easy
The irony is IF sony had just stuck with their guns n gave us a more dark n Brain Eating story like in the comics then the fans wouldve loved it more ans then Disney wouldve had to have brought him into the universe like Deadpool n wolverine.
We need a proper Spidey Vs Venom!!
Huh. That is a really fair point. I never even thought about that.
I mean i dunno one thing I don’t understand about the Venomverse is that they are all set to turn into giant monsters. Why for Peter it becomes a regular black suit and not a giant monster? I know in the comics that’s not the case but the movies? I hope they explain that.
I think Sony’s Venom remain as a anti-hero while the Mcu’s Venom will bond Peter Parker but later turns villain
@@Mr.PR2000 its because the symbiote doesn't bond with Peter completely. It takes over the suit he was already wearing. Since the suit covered his entire skin there was no way for a proper Venom to form

Tom hardy venom sucks. I need the TRUE Eddie Brock/Venom and storyline
Id have to agree with you…many dont think tom hardy did good but I believe to cross him with venom into the mcu would he amazing
They are scared, no doubt. But, they know own rights to Deadpool. Deadpool is on Disney+, so it won’t surprise me if Disney goes the rated-R path.

Here's a bright idea: make MCU's Eddie Brock a war correspondent, this way he can be both a reporter and in war zones.
I like that idea. We don't need any more DOD representatives in the MCU, they have enough.
Man, Screen Crush really bringing the Spider-Man content HARD this week! Thanks for all the great videos!
I like Tom Hardy as Venom a lot, so kind of sad that he got yoinked out :(
I just want a Venom rated r horror movie, though I doubt that will ever happen :(
I'm actually happy that only the symbiote stayed because now we have a chance for peter to properly wear the black suit.
And that venom will be the only being in the MCU who knows spiderman
I honestly love that they left a piece of the Venom Symbiote in the MCU as it sets up Spider-Man's next villain.
So where did this spider come from?
in amazing fantasy #15 peter got bit by the spider at a science fair exhibition and oscorp never existed until amazing spider-man #37 so mcu spider-man got bit at a science exhibition

by getting left behind in a post credits scene Kappa
I kinda need a status update on universes. Currently this is where I am at:
MCU - got Spidey owned by Sony
Venom - not got Spidey, both owned by Sony
Now Spidey stays in the MCU? Baby Venom is also in the MCU? Are Sony and Marvel joining forces for a few more movies? It sounds like the next Spider-Man will still be in the MCU. I was totally expecting him to get somehow lost in the Venom-Verse.
So, yeah.. what's the situation for the next few movies? Who is where? Spidey is still very much around in the MCU.. so...
Hoping Andrew’s spidey ends up also existing in venoms universe and that’s why he was pulled with everyone else from tasm universe
They might not make as much money as they would with totally solo Sony spidey movies but they’re still making a crap ton without having to pony up as much money and work
@@kingtide69 Yeah the left the door open for both. We are almost guaranteed to see a 3rd Garfield Spiderman now.
All of this can get to convoluted though. Way to much going on for movie goers .
From then on we get a Venom arch in Spider-Man
I also think this is where Oscorp is revealed. Norman Osborne, along with Otto Octavious, Curt Connors and Max Dillion all working under Osborne for a military science company that rebrands under the name “Oscorp” because of Norman’s greed and ego. This is the new Avengers tower.
You wrote all that for only 2 likes and no one read all that

I know this might sound crazy but imagine the punisher as agent venom 👀
SOMEONE WANT TO EXPLAIN HOW THE VULTURE ENDED UP IN THE SONY UNIVERSE? BEcause he is seen in the mobius trailer
I think it would be MacGargan who would become Venom, due to his past with Spidey in the MCU that we obviously never got to truly see. The Scorpion is a great villain, and I think he would fit the story well.
No i think we gona get eddie brock of the mcu and now marvel is in contact with the actor Alexandre ludwig to play eddie brock aka venom of the mcu
Sony: Transports Venom to the MCU
Kevin Feige: I see what you tired to do there, but no.

For that to work they need to recast Flash Thompson. But tbh they need to recast Flash anyways
@@to3sted248 the fact that he's a joke makes the drama from him becoming a temporary venom all the more appealing to me, imo

If Feige/Sony wanted Tom Hardy's Venom in the MCU, he'd still be there
They just made 20 years worth of movies and tv canon. He is still there, it's just that now we have an expanded definition of what the MCU is.
Something I realized is that since such a small peice of venom was left over, only a small version of venom will be in the McU. So that means we get the black spider suit
A small piece of a symbiote could still grow into a full one, carnage came from an even smaller piece
I'm sure Topher would have been honored to do that in the film...
L topher still better than the shit venom films
With the multiverse, it also doesn't mean that the Tom Hardy/Eddie Brock won't get pulled back in. With the multiverse of madness coming, anything could happen.
Yeah he just transported into the MCU and just went back to his universe 😂😂😂😂😆😆😆😆😁
Okay did u see a piece of symbiote remain in same universe?? Now u should understand this
I think that the Venom symbiote itself is unlikely to stop being an anti-hero, but it's hard for Venom to find physically stable hosts, so will always be beholden to the whims of whichever host he can find who works...
If it ain’t broke don’t fix it
It was broke so Marvel will fix it…
That’s what I thought was going to happen originally in NWH. I was thinking the MCU and Sony Verse were going to collide.
Shouldn't the symbiote goo go back to the venomverse also? I'm kinda confused on why the goo is an exceptional
it’s probably an absolute point
@@jesel4975 yes but feels weird knowing there is an MCU venom that’s out there in space
I want Tom Hardy venom in the MCU one way or another
Given how highly I rate Tom Hardy’s acting and how different every character he plays is, if anyone is capable of playing the part of 2 different Venom characters where 1 is in the MCU and the other is the current Venom we have so far seen, then it’s him.
I really hope they don’t do Agent Venom before they do the original justice. That would be a slap in the face
I think the part of venom left behind are the cells produced while in the MCU which is why it wasn't sent back with the rest of venom
I know when Disney bought Fox a lot of people were upset, but at this point I just want MCU to be involved in all the projects because Sony being left alone is just horrible
H O R R I B L E
As long as they make Tom Holland Spider-Man get the venom symbiote first what happens next is up to Kevin drive and Amy Pascal.
Gwenom!
it's inevitable !
I just hope that we ACTUALLY get to see venom done justice like in the comics n cartoons
Not some scrony weakling like Topher Grace from Spiderman 3
Not an anti-hero like Sony's Venom
But some sort of combination of the 2
Evil n dark like in spiderman 3 n big n butch like Sonys Venom
Basically the look of Sony's Venom but EVIL
Sadly I already know we will NEVER get a brain eating monster because that would be too dark for Disney😒
I just hope Flash Thompson doesnt become Agent Venom as that would be as bad a casting choice as Topher Grace🤦♂️ and as bad an idea as Ned becoming hobgoblin🤪.
Just No!😑

Believe or not actually, Venom hasnt been a full fledged villain since the 90s.
Also, the eating brain part is fake lol, in 616 cannon, he (Eddie Brock) never actually eat brains on his own, he says that simply as a threat.
The cosmic level storyline he narrated was so cool man
I am the 91th viewer
I am the 17 comment
Eddie and venom will return via multiverse. Even Kevin feige teased spider-man will cross cinematic universes. Even Andy Serkis and Tom Hardy teased the fight with Spider-man.
they used venom perfectly if u ask me. this movie is already jam-packed. Venom needs his own movie with Spider-Man.
Screencrush “no one knows who Peter is” kang the conqueror I know him
Gawd, your venom movie plot pitch sounds so good. I want to see that movie
Much better video than the last one, strong compelling and a pleasure to watch! I hope Sony takes notes
Maybe they'll combine the US Agent and Venom to get the MCU version of Agent Venom.
2:38 "The most likely host for venom and that's..."
I was fully expecting it to be my mom.
I'm still here waiting for deadpool and spiderman collab
Did anyone saw the scorpion coming through the portal? Also, Rhino was there in comic accurate suit, at least the siluette.
Hinting at the next three Spider-Man villains: Kraven, Scorpion and Rhino.
Could be a vehicle to introduce Miles as well, could help rid Peter of the black suit and in turn create Venom
We're gonna get Bully Holland yeahhh!!
If they use ANY of this information for spiderman 4, this man deserves 1 million subs
Maybe we can see Tom's spider man workin for daily brugals for the money.
What if spider man appears in Hawkeye and that’s how he finds out about the king pin???
We need a setup for Osborne to lead Hammer. See the MCU's variant of Norman.
I feel that’s coming. I feel with the memory spell at play, it leaves room for the addition of classic Spider-Man characters to the MCU. Harry Osborne as Peter’s new friend, Gwen Stacy as a female friend/love interest, Norman Osborne and Oscorp, etc
That symbiote origin tho, makes MCU story felt a lot like a manga series, which I love it!!
Symbiote bonds with Netflix's Punisher. One Agent Venom coming right up.
One of these days I’m going to cave and become a lord because of watching your ads everyday
The venom symbiote probably wasn’t sent back because it was connected to the main body. I feel that’s the only reason
I think this is one of the best marvel movies ever I can't believe it had me crying
Marvel should hire this guy.
I saw the movie yesterday with my aunt and we both enjoy the movie. Plus I'm lucky excited when I saw Matt Murdock show up
Thanks Ryan!
I think daredevil getting the symbiote would be the most interesting out of all of the choices for a host. Since his character (at least in the show) is about the conflict if he should kill or not, and the symbiote amplifies negative emotions, which would make a really interesting plot line
