    Please clear who possesses hiring and firing ability? 1) If only the owner possesses hiring and firing ability than what about Hr dept? 2) If hr dept possesses the ability than how we'll allocate leaves for the dept employees?

      Sajjad badshah.. if you are the final authority related to hiring and firing and you are not bound to give clarification to anyone or ask anyone about it. Than u have the authority to hire and fire .. actually HR dept is custodian of planning implementing and lead the system processes . HR Dept does everything but if final signature authority is not HR dpt or manager for any new implementation etc , u can say that HR dpt has operational power but final decision needs some other acknowledgements. I hope it will be clear. I will also try to clear in a video . InshaAllah
