And factory act Mai casual and sick leave k section Mai clearly likha hai every worker can avail this . So no matter you are on notice period or not you can avail.

It can be possible . It depends on company policy. However. You can find it rarely as per law at least one of the two should be provided.

Daily wagers, Apprentice, Temporary and Badli can avail annual leaves ?
Unfortunately. No. Because they do not complete that eligibility period. However. Daily wagers can avail if complete the eligibility period
But the apprentice has 3 years of period in total still not eligible for Annual leaves ? Yes, others do have eligibility criteria like temporary, Badli and DW by not meeting up criteria but Apprenticeship which has 3 year period. Secondly, please elaborate on the Apprenticeship act 2021 they come under workmen pertaining to this are they eligible for WPPF and sec 10 C bonus? Because the completing time period is 3 years.
@@idreesarif6311 brother you are right . If the apprentice completes twelve months he will be eligible as I said eligibility is important. It is not necessary that an apprentice worker is hired for 3 years . The period can vary from 6 months to 3 years . If you read the wordings of annual holiday it is written that every worker completes twelve months will be eligible . It refers all category or classification of worker . And I will share the details for bonus and wppf and other eligibility for apprentice worker. Can you tell me that which province of Pakistan do you belong to? Moreover , every rule vary from case to case basis and it is important to review the background.

@@FaisalMurtaza-f9z he is labor law expert . There is a book named labor code of Pakistan in which you can find all the labour laws applicable in Pakistan. They provide services for yearly labour law updates and send you whatever will be update in a year. You can search for labor code of Pakistan by Mr. Pervez Shafi

It can only be paid if your organization adopted the policy of provident fund
Yes our organization have policy of provident fund , now what would be the process to recover my Provident fund because my line manager had told me that im not eligible becausemy PF was not deducted can i calim it through labour court??
