Just did this on my vivaro and the warning message went on its own after a bit of a drive . Probably saved me a few hundred in the garage . It’s easy just get a jubilee clip 10 to16 mm when the rubber pipe goes back on
I just checked this on my van as I was under the bonnet anyway. Getting that stupid elbow pipe off is a right PITA due to the single-use spring clamps. I've put some screw-on ones on now so it'll be easy in the future. It was pretty clean in my pipe at 58,000 miles so no issue there. One thing that's useful to know is that the pipe is about 170mm long to the banjo connection, so if your wire goes in that far then it's probably clear.
Great video. I think I've got the same problem on my 1.6 bi-turbo Trafic. But won't know until it goes back in the garage on Monday. Last week I had the EGR cooler replaced, as It was leaking at the actuator. Plus i had the Glow plugs replaced. Yesterday the check anti pollution warning, CEL and service light. I put a good DPF clean in, and run it for 50 miles at 2,500 revs. It didn't clear. I can't pull up any fault codes with my Chinese reader. I'll show your video to my mechanic if he can pull a code with his reader. Thank you 😊
Hi i have a vivaro 2016 i just try a Redex DPF cleaner i go on motor way 40 min with 60-70miles on gear 4 ,i did desame when i come back, he stil lose power when i drive not like before, is much good now but stil feel this losing power, i was on service becouse i find a cable under tha car broken, i replace the red STOP message desepear but i stil have check anti polution sistem and stop and start message on,do you know ef its work to do in this video home but ef you know any other cheap cleaner to use for this? And after ef its work is any chance to turn off lights without your computer, just from the car? Please respond and THANKS MUCH FOR YOUR VIDEO🤝🏻
I'm looking at buying one and I've seen this issue on a few videos now, Isn't it just poor design from the manufacturer for this to happen in the first place and is there anything you can do to avoid the issue? Great video.
When sensor is faulty, after some time ECU will show you the data from different sensor. I don't know how it's working but disconnected sensor will give you 996mbr for few secs and after some time, will start show you normal values. Maybe it's coming from the DPF sensor. Anyway, it's easy to diagnose wrong.
Hi Baz, I had my vivaro 2019 with a DPF problem by 4 different garages costing me thousands in total. Each time they done a regeneration & cleared all fault lights. Not sure the so called engineers know what they are doing. Even paid over £600 to WJKing Vauxhall Bromley recently & they failed to clear the fault. Should l approach Vauxhall HQ. Many thanks
Hi I have same problem with my Renault Trafic 2 (2012) 2.0 cDi it's constantly 1100mbar and not moving. But I have problem to find out where is it located, and how it looks. Car is new to me and I've got "Check injection" fault code I found exhaust pressure sensor is located above DPF and is square with ONE tube coming from side of it.
the sensor above the dpf is the differential pressure sensor. old sensors only have 1 tube because there are no other components behind the dpf. so one hose is enough for measuring the pressure of the dpf. The Upstream pressure sensor is located behind the engine next to the turbo.
@danielseibert4082 Hi I have found what is problem. Problem is in language barriers. Upstream turbine pressure sensor is called as Exhaust back pressure, and is located under vehicle above DPF. DPF pressure sensor = Exhaust back pressure= Upstream pressure of turbine Manifold pressure sensor (MAP) and DPF Sensor should be the same or DPF pressure diff should be between 10 (idle)- 80 mbar /full throttle So I have figured out that in England you call it "Upstream pressure of turbine" meanwhile in rest of Europe we call it "Exhaust back pressure"
Hello mate, just question about your vehicle as I have same problem, have you sorted the problem? Is it the same issue as in this video? Thanks in advance mate.
i don't think this will sort the starting issues, i'm also facing the same sluggish starting issues and can't find the sollution. it might be the battery not being strong enough, eventough mine was new aswell. i see voltages dropping to around 11 volts witch might not be enough to activate certain sensors/fuel valve? so tome, it has nothing to do with this video here .

The amount of times people have replaced sensors on these things and still no joy. Top job big man!
3 thumbs up 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 I use a firms Vivaro and it’s had loads of emission issues lately 😩 even an ecu egr delete…….

Who needs 130 psi pressure when you got magical injection syringe 😂😂😂, great video as usual mate 👍

Only 7 year old and low mileage ... what went wrong Vauxhall at Luton?
Great job, is that fluid neat of a 50/50 mix with water? Thanks 👍
Sorry that should have been or a mix 👍
50/50 buddy
@@bazmeredith thank you 👍
Nice one baz 🤙

Did you log on the launch as a Trafic as I can’t find upstream sensor as an option on the Vauxhall section on my Launch tablet?
Great Vid👍👍

I would yes 100% because you've paid them to fix the fault and they haven't
Hello mate, do you know where to locate this one on a vauchall vivaro 2.0 cdti 2013?

Hi whats your garage called
Hi where abouts are you based as my vivaro is doing the same and could do with bringing it to you thanks
Hello mate, just question about your vehicle as I have same problem, have you sorted the problem? Is it the same issue as in this video? Thanks in advance mate.
Does a 05 vivaro have one of these
Would this cause a van to be sluggish to start?
New battery new altonator glow plugs all fine.
Is this my problem do you think ?

I find on my client Trafic 3 bad injector 1 conector. Car vibrate under load.
Brilliant
