I have the same code, as well as P2425, i have checked both the auxilliary coolant pumps that supply the EGR cooler and both seem to be working, I did change the EGR cooler a while back but worked ok for a few months, now i just cant clear the check injection and then after 20 miles check emissions, any thoughts, could the egr cooler be airlocked?. nearing the end of my tether,
I bet you its an air lock same as I had. Open up that air bleed valve, a load of air should come out and your problem will be solved. The valve is very hard to see and to get at but it is there.
