I'm actually seriously disappointed that Draygon from Super Metroid wasn't on this list. That's a pain in the ass fight as only it only takes damage when you hit it's underside and you quickly run out of missiles and super missiles.
But if you look at the wall, and use some missiles to open up the electrics so you can see them sparking. Then wait for Draygon to pick you up and fire your tractor beam into the open sparks when you get close. This fries him as you conduct the electricity into his weak spot.
Pretty sure this takes under a minute this way 😁

If you see this one, in doom 2016 both of the bosses annoying and hard, but a trick I learned from speedrunners guarentees a quick win with both bosses. To pull this off, just take out the BFG and fire it so the ball will go past but still close to the boss. Then, hold down the weapon wheel and a glitch occurs causing it to rapidly damage the boss. With 1 or 2 shots like this the boss goes down in less than a minute.

Lmao, not even the only cheese strategy for the Salazar fight either, you can either stand at the edge of the platform and wait until he uses the move that requires you to dodge, and upon dodging you will end up just being able to go to the door directly behind the boss since there's no player collision back there, and if you have enough Magnum ammo, simply standing still at the start of the fight(or backing up to the door you used to come into the arena, I can't remember) blast directly at his weak point for a few minutes with it, it over penetrates his second head and his protective casing

    • @leesasuki
      @leesasuki 2 ปีที่แล้ว

you don't even need to hit his weak point
I was stock piling some ammo and especially magnum at that point, all I did was shooting his eyes with some random stuff, then spam at him when he open up, it take maybe 2 minutes for me to beat him, I didn't even realize he has some "1 hit attack" lol

Another honorable mention is the Warrior (alien dragon) boss fight from Borderlands 2. If you enter the fight and die once and then respawn then you don't even need to jump down into the arena to fight him. You can just wait up and take absolutely no damage while continuously attacking it's weak point and killing it. An absolute joke of a fight then.

Probably my fastest Dark Souls boss, even faster than Ceaseless Discharge, was the Iron Golem, and it was so fast by accident. If you fight him on the narrow bridge part of the boss arena, you can attack one leg until he staggers, then hit him again and he'll fall right over the edge. I ended up doing that without knowing it was a thing. I posted the boss fight on Twitter because I thought it was funny, and I just found the video to check, and it took me 24 seconds. There were a couple of extra seconds in there because I didn't know what was going on when he was waving his arms like he was off balance and I just stood there waiting for his attack, haha.

In Xenosaga Episode 1, Albedo at the end of the game is an extremely tough boss fight. You can beat him in one move if you do the sidequest that gives you Erde Kaiser, which is like a mech summon that does a boat load of damage. It works so well that even the Prima Strategy Guide mentions you should get Erde Kaiser because otherwise the fight is incredibly hard.

I got an Oculus and RE4 VR last week and did this. I was very inexperienced at RE4, but had seen it played enough to know what the hardest boss was. I ran across the free rpg, which I didn't know would be there, and knew immediately what I was going to save it for, but couldn't fit it in my inventory. Of course, the very next merchant sells the XL case upgrade so I just backpeddled to grab it. Lit up Salazar's eye immediately with the TMP so he opened the back, swapped in the rpg, and bam, fight over in under 20ish seconds. It probably would have been 10 seconds, but it was my first time playing it in VR, and it took me some time to realize I had to pull the rpg trigger with my left hand and not my right.

Actually had an easier time solo against the 3xWarden fight in Halo 4 on legendary than I did with a group of friends. Just load the AI players up with incinerator cannons (I think they're called) as you progress the level and they make it very easy to clear.

Capra demon boss exploit reminds me that in Bloodborne you can do the same thing with dark beast paarl with Molotovs you’ll likely get him down to half hop but once you enter he’s not electrically buffed and can quickly rush him to get him down in and do a visceral attack

You guys forgot Two-Face from Arkham City, the encounter with Catwoman in the museum. They set it up as a predator mission where you, as Catwoman, have to clear out his goons to a point where you can isolate him and then use stealth takedowns to knock chunks off his health bar. Difficulty comes in with the fact that his goons are infinitely respawning so that there are never fewer than 5 in the room, and their search patterns have them covering almost the entire room at all times. You can beat him super easily, though, by just YOLO-ing the first takedown and wailing on him as he's getting up. If you waited until the right window in the goons search pattern, you won't even get shot at.

The Demon of Hatred from Sekiro is another boss people tend to cheese, me included. A couple of well-timed jumps and hugging a ledge leads him to falling off the map and instantly dying.

I thought about the demon of hatred from Sekiro. If you handle the platformimg perfectly by jumping onto the tower and then jumping to the wall, you can cheese demon to fall off the ledge like ceaseless discharge in less than a minute.

Are sure you're not thinking of gyobu? Pretty sure he was the one you could get him and his horse to chase you off the cliff. I think the demon of hatred is in an inclosed arena I could be wrong though.

@@cmdrlightwalker_9877 It's the same cheese. There is a cliff around the opposite side of the arena, I think, and a nearby tree you can get him stuck. Then get to the roof and he will fall off

ceaseless discharge and capra demon. 2 cheeses i learnt from TheHappyHobbit no hit runs.
One other dark souls fight that i thought would be included in this list is the Dragon Rider from Dark Souls 2. force him to fall off the cliff within 10 seconds and instant killing it.

Ff8 boss at the train hijacking mission (I don't remember what its name), you can defeat it under 1 minute with Phoenix down because it's undead type. Basically any undead enemies in ff series can be defeated with Phoenix down.

Top boss cheeses that still require some level of skill
Riku/Ansem from Kingdom Hearts: bait, guard, counter & find a corner where Dark Aura always misses you (I have a video on it)
Demon of Hatred from Sekiro: the shinobi platform jump
Thunderjaws at the caldrons in Horizon Zero Dawn: lay traps everywhere (then fight it properly cuz where ya gon’ hide)

Another one worth mentioning is a way to cheese lady Comstock BOTH times in bioshock infinite. These fights are BRUTALLY hard on 1999 mode and if your going for the achievement of not using a dollar bill machine....well it's just worse. Anyway there is a trick where you lay as many fire bomb traps as you can (I'm talking like 12 or 13 traps) in the exact spot where lady Comstock is about to spawn because it turns out it's the exact same spot every playthrough. All you need to do is walk ahead and trigger the cutscene where the fight starts. she will die instantly. Saves so much sanity.

    • @mayhem436
