Cruise Ships can now carry food as fuel if they have biodiesel reproduction on board. Cooking wastes, leftovers, unconsumed food... Toilet Sanitary discharges...

Hello! Can you tell me about the fungus and yeast used in the process? I'd like to try it out but I don't know which I need. Also, how would you recommend filtering it?

The process i know IS using modified yeast that produces celullase(Enzyme that breaks down cellulose) in a batch of waste like sawdust or paper and after that ferment like the normal process of making beer and Derivatives(celulose is basically a bunch of sugars Tangled and stuck together)
I dindt find any information about This process in question or How to replicate It.......
      Fucking infohazads....

Can you tell me,what micro organism is used to convert the food waste into biofuel ?

The fungus that is used to produce the enzymes, which are nessesary for the process is called: "Aspergillus awamori". And in another step the researcher use also a kind of yeast, which transform the dried food into oil.

Just a thought. The dried out leftover solids cellulose etc from biofuels such asa gobar gas plant. could perhaps be used as woodgas .or something.im Planning on building a biogas reactor any suggestions on design

Ok 2 years Ago but IS simples
Make a metal container(like a Paint can) with a hole drilled on It, connect to a pipe that ends up in another container submerged in Water(like the one way Valve they used to ferment beer but with way more Water)
In the same container you need to have a gás output on top, thats were the final product will Go
(You can make more of these one way Valve to make sure that there will be no tar or oil coming out with the syngas and function for more time without the need of cleaning the filter)
