oh my gosh!!! I'm in awe!! something about this is tugging at my memory. I don't know what specifically, but it feels so familiar!
I so wish you could explain your process and how you knew to choose a piece of paper to make something specific. How did you learn all of this? are you self-taught?

I've never in my life been to a large city so maybe experience has a lot to do with it? I know you used the reference photo, but still you must have a feel of the place, correct? "one draws …"? Oh!! I WISH I could find my niche or had a choice, because I'd pick collage any day.

Unfortunately, LOL, I'm here in the US, from a small town where there are hardly any art classes and if there are, they are more geared towards watercolor or cake decorating.
I so wish we had more progressive type classes such as mixed media and papercrafting, and maybe some cardmaking.

As for Facebook, I rarely get on. I'm really not a fan. I mean it's like a necessary evil to me :-) but I'll certainly check out your page as well as your website.

I noticed that you didn’t add any medium to the canvas before you adhered the newspaper. Did you add it prior to the video? Also, did you use acrylic paint? Very beautiful outcome
Beth Miller hi Beth, I use PVA glue to attach the paper and mostly apply this to the paper first. I'm using acrylic paint. Thanks so much for watching.
