You completely changed my day. I was in a bad mood, working on a sunday, because I have a deadline coming up of a picture book I'm illustrating. And the moment you saw your books made me tear up. Sometimes in the midst of deadlines and life we forgot to consider that we made the life we wanted for ourselves. There's nothing like that Jo March moment. Sending my love from Argentina, can't wait to read your book.

I found the printing factory so fascinating! So many aspects to books we never think about, it was so cool to see!
Why am I crying?! 🤣 I’ve never been so happy for someone I’ve never met before. I was also teary because I think you’ll have been panicking about how many copies were being printed because you’re so wonderful and humble! But I don’t think they’ll have done enough 😉

So excited when i saw this come up on my feed. To watch you so happy and bursting with joy, awe and amazement over your work of the heart brought me to tears too. Feel like we’ve been through so much through the years and when you were talking about your therapy, it rang so true…my bff for over 50 years is also a Taurus and has sublimated her feelings for the comfort of others for most of her life at the expense of her well being. You are so worthy and each of us should show you that. I loved Adam’s reaction to the book…he is such a sweetheart. Your coffee Saturdays are genius and after covid a real shot in the arm for you and your pals. Wish more people would latch on to that idea. And finally looking forward to seeing weekly dailies. Should be fun…now i have to go preorder my US copy of the book to keep the two UK versions company!! Love you girl🎉

Flannels tip for you! Always wash flannels and towels at 60° to kill bacteria, and without fabric conditioner so they stay absorbent and don't transfer the 'grease' (if you will) of the fabric conditioner to your face/whichever area you are cleaning with them. They will always be crispy and crunchy and stiff unless you tumble dry them, tumble drying is what softens them up! Tesco actually make some cotton ones that stay soft and fluffy even if you air dry them - I don't have a tumble drier, but I actually prefer them to feel stiff and rough like sandpaper so the Tesco ones annoy me!
This is wonderful! So lovely to see someone so happy and achieving their dreams. There's too many times in life where we get knocked back so don't supress your feelings of joy when something brilliant like this comes along, let those happy tears flow! haha.
