It's an Unearthed Arcana one, Mage of Prismari, from UA: Mages of Strixhaven. Gets her two skills from a list of four, bonus action Dash with an additional elemental effect proficiency/day, resistance to cold, and when she casts a cold spell she can give allies within 5 feet cold resistance

@@Dragonfly9078 I assumed that was the struchaven background and not a subclass.
I assumed a subclass like pyromancer with its inbuilt homebrew/variant rulings allowing you to swap its fire damage for cold to get a cryomancer build, you could’ve even taken a different racial feat if you did since the subclass does what elemental adept tries to do but with a subclass.

She's already got Performance proficiency, but if you really want a level of Bard you could drop a level of Druid for it
