Got to keep that rope in front of your feet, every time it passes behind his heal I cringe. If you fall with that rope orientation your gonna flip and it's gonna suck...
Its funny to me how every instructer will tell you,"never put the rope in your mouth" yet the best and most relaxed, connfident climbers always do lol. Great vid and instruction thank you.
That's funny my instructor showed us that "technique" if you want you call it that. You don't want to fall with your teeth biting down, I think that's why maybe most would say don't do that, but obviously your going to let go if you start falling.
