Honestly you should be so proud of yourselves for producing such amazing work on this property. I really love the contemporary feel but with the touches of classical elements to tie in with the rest of the property. Honestly, this project might be my favourite one so far!

I have heard her before talk about putting your bag on the bed. I am sure it’s one of her top pet peeves lol 😅 bags are gross they are like shoes so I totally get her.
Love this! Sophie, many of us in the US use bin liners and I love your bin, but I'm wondering if you would ever consider creating an liner insert? Then a liner bag could be used and hidden and still fit the lid? I would love this in my guest bathroom, but for practically, a bin liner would be wonderful. Just an idea for us across the pond.

I have to agree. I wouldn’t be able to get myself to put rubbish in it without a liner/bag, especially in the bathroom. More suited for an office bin

Your Kensington project is such a delight and visual feast for ones eyes. Where to begin with what I loved, well just everything, down to the smallest details. Will definitely be watching for launch of some of these new SPI products so I may incorporate in my own home. The customer joinery, use of beautiful marbles with coordinating tiles, lush flooring materials, blend of beautiful fabrics in such a gorgeous colour palette. Just swooning over these fabrics and colours. The wallpaper in the principal bedroom is just exquisite. Although I have seen it introduced before in your other project it really makes the principal bedroom. That gorgeous window seat with that fabulous soothing fabric. So many thoughtful details in the walk in wardrobes , baths and the brilliant lighting scheme through out create such a pristine, harmonious final product. This truly is some of SPI's best work to date. Yet in saying that, there has never been a product you created I didn't love. Well done everyone. PS which Difuser scent by Rachel Vosper do you use in all your projects?

This is absolutely incredible! This is a video I did not want to end! Sophie and team, you never cease to amaze me with your designs, creativity, aesthetically pleasing but also functional designs. The dressing room was my absolute favorite, the spotlight on the floors to illuminate the arches were genius! I’m a sucker for archways. The textures, custom fabrics, patterns were all sublime! Sophie, if you don’t like when guests put their suitcase on an upholstered bench, you must supply a luggage rack because no guest wants to stoop over to a suitcase lying on the floor.

Everything is amazingly designed and well done! on a side note: Shataf! is a variant of Bidet that people in some European countries use as well, in oriental countries it is a necessary part of hygiene :), one can find it in non-Islamic countries as well.

I have to say that I understand but don't favor the new style of bed fittings. I prefer not to have throw pillows that touch the linen pillowcases on which I rest my face (especially in a hotel, and that's where it's so often done). I also like the duvet, rather than being turned down, to cover the pillows so they do not get covered with dust or allergens.I really would put function over form in this case.

It’s an amazing display of hard & well worked, brilliantly thought out plans. I need that diffuser and the showstopper headboard❤ - You’ve thought of everything…I am one who may need to be careful of using product on my hair overnight (like conditioner) so a practical fabric is definitely a must.

I normally love your videos but for some reason the highest resolution is 360 p. It makes it very hard to watch. I did pick up a few of your Andrew Martin pillows and I love them!
It's 2160p on mine...have you gone into settings?♥️
TH-cam only does 360p within the first few minutes after the upload. Give it few hours and youtube will let you watch the full resolution. The hi-def version has a massive file size. It takes a bit for the servers to upload and make it available.
