Hello there, I am just using TOTAL 10w40, fully synthetic oil it's OK to use, and I have run the bike up to temperature today about 80deg, then dumped it out then filled with shell 10w40... The sump was full of sludge from old oil, so this is what I do to help flush out the engine.. I do this with every oil change on new bikes cars etc...
We have that Exact coffee cup lol what oil are you using to flush, seems a bit pricey to do.
