    I've asked the chiropractor, my Physical Therapist and my PCP, all from VA, to make a Medical opinion to connect today's symptoms to past military duty, and I was denied. Idk what to do now, especially with my problems not getting any better.

    Had a Va C&P for my foot condition, several surgeries, still on going issues, my foot doctor states “ that combat boot added to issues, but got denied. I did have a issue in basic training, I can’t remember what the issue was, heel splint etc. I didn’t have problems with my feet especially Rt foot until wearing those boots.

    OMG. I was stationed at Camp Lejeune, right out of boot camp (August, 1975), up until I went to Okinawa (roughly March, 1977). and lived on-Base in the barracks. Since then, I have had a kid that died of SIDS, (Sudden Infant Death Syndrome),1983, and have a BI-POLAR daughter, born in 1981 (40 now, living with me), and on May 10, 2020, I went into the VA Hospital with Gangrene, almost died, and now have a colostomy bag, attached to my side, and actually have a tooth that has dropped out of my mouth. Not sure if I qualify for this stuff, but...

    If a veteran file were destroyed in the fire in St. Louis how do you prove anything that were in that file. We have tried for years and can't find anything. Keep getting denied. Some how the veteran were approved to stay at a VA facility where he passed. What's next

    What I mean to say is I'm not tdiu I'm just total t and d I never heard of the acronym tdiu before I haven't been able to get gameful employment for years because of my condition is there a point where a total and permanent becomes total and permanent permanent and I don't have to go through all this stuff looking at what the regulations are for the VA

    How do you get evidence? Because when you go to c&p exam. They don't measure range of motion. They grab your leg, and force it straight. Perfect range of motion.

    I had an injury in the navy back in 1992 in 2017 it started giving me problems in 2018 i submited for va disability was denied in late 2018 found out that my hernia staples does not prevent me from having an mri got that in Jan. 2019 found out that on top of everything else that i had dural ectasia which there are only 5 ways of getting it 4are diseases the fith is trauma . I was denied due to not complaining within the year of getting out (of course we all know thats not why ) but in my denial it was clear the next excuse would be because of my age that my issues would be blamed on old age . Of course at that time the dural ectasia wasn't known yet now i just 2 weeks ago had another mri in the radiology report there was nothing about my dural ectasia which if you have it in an mri it is automatically the most prominent thing in the images . So when i called my primary care physician and was asking why it wasn't listed and that i wanted w second review of the images his response was wether i was wanting to get better or just looking for money and when i tryed to explain to a friggin"doctor" that if the dural ectasia was mised then what else was missed ?!!!!! He hung up on me !!! Ya . Of course this is the perfect nexis connection if its documented ! Let ne set the record correct yes i credible but just so you know im pretty incredible to 😉 a reference to something in the video if you hadent watched it !

    In my service medical records i had surgery to stop a serious issue that i was having the issue continued after the surgery its noted in my file i went to the va and told them about the issue along with other issues i was having plus the issues is listed with my private doctor also and i recieve SSD Benefits for two of the issues and the VA EXAMINER Still denied my claims in which i have mountains of evidence to grant a service connected injuries in 2 minutes of reviewing the evidence if the va CAN'T get my claim approved i know they CAN'T get the hard ones right !!! U guys already represent me - To all veterans u need good lawyers like CCK LAW FIRM TO Represent U !!!

      Make sure you have your INITIAL physical exams prior to entry to show you were fine when you went in...

    • @willjohnson846
      @willjohnson846 5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Many "MENTAL" health disorders are "PRESUMED" to be "pre-existing" prior to service. So a veteran needs to provide their "INITIAL" physical exams to show they were fine when they went in and if there waivers upon entry.

    • @tboy221
      @tboy221 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@willjohnson846 thats not true. i have a mental 100% schizo service connected. you dont claim mental disorders after your service is over. you go to the psychiatric ward while in the military. you tie it to a certain event while in the service. i first went to the psychiatric hospital while on recruiting duty. my accounts and my commands orders for me while i was there were enough to warrant me removal from recruiting duty. i thought i was done with being "crazy" but my next command i went "crazy" again. i was eventually medically discharged for 1 of the schizo disorders.

Please excuse me if one or all of you have been through some trauma while serving in the military. Whether it be mental or physical.
