I also have excess earwax buildup issues, and it’s apparently hereditary. The good thing about it is that I’ve never in my life experienced an ear infection and neither has anyone in my family because of it. I don’t even go to a professional, I use this stuff called Debrox, which just loosens the buildup that can lead to blockage, and kind of just resets you almost, to a normal healthy amount. Earwax is gross but unfortunately it’s super important for preventing bacteria and shit from fucking with you inner ear ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
In regards to the long run thing, its not that we can run forever its we can walk forever because walking is a very energy efficient thing....as we learn in animation school a walk is just a controlled series of falls
