My mom, who was Korean recently passed away, was born in Hawaii. She made the best fried rice with Portuguese sausage, bacon, eggs , shoyu , green onions, Kim chee and sometimes whatever leftovers. I miss her. Her name was Dorothy In hee Miyamoto. God bless
That’s totally local style fried rice. Portuguese sausage from Pacific Sausage is the best.
Sorry for your loss.
This was nice. You can tell she has a ton of passion and talent.
