    My mom, who was Korean recently passed away, was born in Hawaii. She made the best fried rice with Portuguese sausage, bacon, eggs , shoyu , green onions, Kim chee and sometimes whatever leftovers. I miss her. Her name was Dorothy In hee Miyamoto. God bless

      That’s totally local style fried rice. Portuguese sausage from Pacific Sausage is the best.

    No wonder locals love that Benedict. The Taro and Coconut cream is a Filipino dish known as Laing. Bought some at Seafood City in Anaheim this week.
