Forreal.. they have changed it so much that it just ruins defense. It's not that hard to tell wether it was blatant or not. You can see if someone is intentionally trying to go for the head or lowering there head and leading with the crown.. most of these targeting calls were all bullshit

The target calls just honestly make the defense players NOT show how aggressive they are so they can get drafted.
