The training is great, feeling a sense of trusted friends, helping each other, keep going more than normal abilities. Exercise mornings a few months, for a lifetime, setting good examples, for others, like any family or true friend. Worth the time to train, respects real families try to teach us. Mutual salutes.

I like a lot of the words u used on the screen and wanted to know if they were your own words and if so, would u mind us using some of them on the video? She is planning on singing along to this song in a video at a gathering around July 4th.
