Originally published in Forbes Magazine in 1998, the piece was later reprinted by The Times of London in the aftermath of the events in New York on 9/11, 2001. The Times headlined the article "Stay God's Hand."
The song "Stay His Hand" is a tribute and heartfelt recognition to all those that put themselves in harm's way on that horrific day. Men and women from the FDNY, the NYPD, and numerous citizens from all walks of life stood up and let themselves be counted on that day.
And of course, to all those poor people who died, "Stay His Hand" is Seaside's small contribution to helping keep their memory alive.
