I hope Klein improved the rubber/silicone-whatever-it-is grip on the handle. I was one of the early adopters of the "modification" when it first started showing up on the youtubes, I bought the adjustable 14-in-one and swapped it with the impact flip sockets. The rubber grip on the handle has swelled up and just spins freely on the handle making it difficult to get any torque when turning a fastener. Come to think of it, my old 11-in-one is doing the same thing.
@@thomaspolley4977 The rubber grip on mine came off as well. I used electrical tape and taped it up like a hockey stick. I wish they just went full acrylic with their handles, and I’d also be curious how that affects the cost.
Does yours have a lot of play in it? Mine only locks in the last slit with all the sockets on it & it wiggles a lot and that last socket just slides back & forth too much, was wondering if it was just mine
These Hand Tool companies that make these intricate *All-in-Ones Screwdrivers* 🪛 NEED to better Design/Engineer their Bit-Carousel Caps to securely lock 🔓 and NOT 😤 open!
I think it’s a QC thing. My Klein stubby was so tight I dust disassembled it and filed all the parts down so it would fit. My regular size one is perfect. Easy to open but never opens by accident.
They finally packaged it all together. Nice
