Indeed we need Vit D if we can't get enough sunlight this winter season. We need a support group and sometimes even just one person is enough if case we need someone to lean on. what a great video! This year is definitely going to be hard during the holidays with the minimal human interactions, little physical touch, and general feelings of isolation. The lack of vitamin D definitely has an affect on my mood which is why I take Vitamin D supplements and sit by the window/in the sunlight as much as possible.

Great upload! To add to the list, I am huge on traveling, but I found it causes too much preparations and cautions during 'forced' travel during pandemic, so we decided to just stop after couple. Another reasons is I see my home full with clutter now, because my whole family spends 24/7 home and no one but myself is trying to clean up. 🙄🙄🙄 Yeah.. that's just my personal reasons. i have seasonal affective disorder because of summer.. we get very hot summers over the christmas season, and it makes it hard for me to get outside in nature, therefor causing me to feel low. We cancelled christmas years ago so i dont make a big hype of christmas. This year i did make an effort however with a tree .. :) I dont get into the commercial thing.. i make things but i give them at a different time. The reflection part i can relate to. I miss my dad at christmas , and often feel ripped off with time .. This is a good insight into why people fall into a slump this time of year Anna.. great video.. and i love your artwork.. :)
