3 Benefits from Colouring
Today, I’ll share with you the 3 benefits of coloring while coloring my own mandala from a mandala coloring book by Broderick S. Johnson.
Just an FYI, I will not be posting a video next Friday as I normally do. My carpel tunnel has been acting up lately so I’m going to give myself a break and hopefully be back to the normal Friday uploading the following week. Sorry for any inconvenience, thanks for your understanding and support!

So right about the relaxing effects! I even took a single class on humming while coloring.
