We have a 1981 single mobile home in a coastal town here in NC. My in-laws bought it brand new. We inherited it and have had to do quite a bit. And yes, it’s particle board, and when it gets wet it turns to sawdust. We had a hot water heater leak. We also had rain damage and my husband had to replace the floors, from bottom up. Now, we just finished a new roof at a whopping $8k. We have replaced the hvac system as well. It is a never ending process! Love your channel!
Hey my friend, you are so fun to watch with your goofing up words ( which I do too😜) to all that you are doing around the house. Love you my friend and I hope you have a beautiful and blessed day!❤
I think it would be awesome for you to do a collaboration with a channel that would work with you on a home makeover. That livingrro with all those windows is gorgeous!!
Same, i love those 90s Honey Oak kitchen cabinets and when i moved into my trailer, they had painted over mine, now im sitting here daily staring at them wondering if i can strip the paint off...
You can. It's just time-consuming. Citri strip is great. Start small. Maybe a cabinet or 2 at a time. Leave the product on until it all starts to bubble. Also, I find that if you brush it on heavy, you will have better results. Heavy but not blobby. Use disposable "chip" brushes to apply it. You will want to throw those away after done applying.
Concerning the itching ears, I've been like that since I was a child, in my 60s now. Its most likely the nickel metal in the earrings. They say with repeated exposure to the metals that you can develop an allergy to the stuff as you age. So of ot didnt bother you before, but does now, you've most likely developed an allergic reaction to whatever metal is in the earrings. It all does me like that, earrings, rings, necklaces, if its not at least 14k gold. So needless to say, I dont have much jewelry 😂❤
HI Erica, was wondering if I was alone on the cheap earings, never had a issue and now its like instant infection maybe the metals are changed 🤔love the light you get through with the curtains pulled. Everything is looking great, glad you posted I always enjoy a coffee with you ,you get me motivated and I will be keeping Joe in prayers.Until next time, God bless you all 🕊 💚
I don’t like painting wood - personal decision- I have my wooden cabinets - I love the homey feel- my house my style - you do you - no one on internet lives there or pays your bills- get that baby some pudding for his teeth- love Jeremy narrating - I have a tendency to throw rugs over floor spots till we can replace the floors - have kitchen and one bathroom left to do
Your body chemistry changes every 7 years. You can become allergic to something later in life that you have never been allergic to before. With your ears it sounds like you may be allergic to nickle now. I am allergic to nickle. If I wear earrings that are real gold, silver or sterling silver my ear lobs are fine. If I wear the fake stuff, I usually can last about half the day but then I have to take them off cuz my ear lobs are hurting and itching like crazy. I then have to not wear earrings for a couple days.
Because it's an easy fix. If you get a good deal on the price, that makes it even better when you do renovations. I use to think it was important to purchase a House with a foundation but the way the world is going now, I don't think it matters. As long as we have a place to lay our heads, keep our belongings, cook our food...we are good and should be thankful ❤
Those windows in your living room will be perfect for your Christmas tree!

Sounds like nickel allergy (the earrings)
🩷
Make sure you buy nickel free earrings

Yes I have big fat ear lobes only can wear silver earrings not even real gold irritate my ears
Why would you buy a trailer that's falling apart like saggy floors? It seems like that's a money pit.
