    Wow! Kevin has made so much progress in the last two years or so. Smooth riding, some steezy tricks, stoke, humbleness and gratefulness. Nice to watch. The hair and the mustache definitely work!

    I warm up my wrists. When I just start every day, my balance is not that good so I usually fall a couple of times. With the wrists warmed up, your chances of having a injury on them decreases a lot.

    So critical, most of the time ill hit a bit of stretching before riding. Also usually park a fair waze from the lift so the long walk helps to warm up the legs.
    Consciously incorporating some warm ups into your first run is genius though.

    Yup, really important that you do DYNAMIC stretches and not static stretches. Warm up those muscles, tendons, and ligaments!

    a few pushups before riding helps with the shoulders
