Reminds me of bywX1/2+harden4. Hope they make some fire colorways. So many crazy good hoop options from everyone, but 3 stripes is waaay behind the curve for performance basketball sneakers IMO. Love adidas and hope they can knock a couple more out the park soon. Harden 6 wasn’t too bad at least. Harden 3 and byw x 1&2 still some of fave 🏀 sneakers over past 5 yrs. The Trae Young 1 was the best shoe of 2021 IMO for a Forward. Literally it seemed like that was the only shoe I tried that combined a running shoe-like upper with good lateral containment and premium cushion. The slip on nature of the shoe adds to the character, too. I’m saving my “Def Jam” pair for years to come!

I struggle understanding how shoe makers get a winning formula with traction, and then deviate from it. Makes sense why I’ll stick with Rose 4/7, Kyrie 7, Lebron X, PG5 etc.
@@BosGaurus05 it should be, because an unstable traction can lead to a severe injury. It didn’t have to have Kobe 9 bite. But, it needs to prevent slip outs.

NOT A FAN OF THE LOOKS. The 1’s are way better looking. Those stripes look weird and they look super long. Primeknit feels comfortable but not very durable I’ve had adidas primeknit before and got holes in them pretty fast.
I'm really not feeling the style of this. It looks like a budget model. Especially the traction, it seems really unreliable. So many components of this just give off cheapness
It's got Boost, it's got Lightstrike, it's got a Prime knit upper, it's got a torsional shank plate, and it's got a de-coupled outsole. There's nothing about this shoe that's cheap. This uses literally all of Adidas's premium materials.
