F-117s @ Fresno ANGB September 2021

  • Two F-117s spent a week at Fresno Air National Guard Base in Fresno, Ca during the week of 13-17 September 2021. What a treat it was to see the F-117 flying again after its retirement from frontline service in 2008.
    From what I've read, these aircraft are performing aggressor duties for the U.S. Military. They're based at Tonopah Test Range Airport in Nevada. Enjoy a few solid minutes of the F-117 in action around Fresno ANGB!
    See my previous video from October 2020, when they took off from MCAS Miramar, for offshore training with USMC F-35s • 2x F-117s Depart MCAS ... .)

    I noticed that the TR tailfin marking (For Tonopah Test Range) is in white on one, and red on the other aircraft. Any significance?
    Do you know if the F-117 will be flying out of Fresno in the future? I might do a roadtrip if I have enough notice!

    • @Skyes9
      @Skyes9  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Thank you ! Not sure on the color difference. I think they white was the first choice then they later changed it to red. I don’t know about Fresno again, but I can imagine they will be making a few more public appearances before they retire for good.

    • @robertbauer3419
      @robertbauer3419 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@slappymcgillicuddy7532 It's the Serbs, they never let go of the past dude. And for some f***ed up reason they love reminding the whole whole world and celebrating their humiliating loses. Just like the one in this case where in 1999 they unconditionally surrendered to NATO after less than 3 months since the beginning of the Operation Noble Anvil thanks to which today the Republic of Kosovo is an independent country which just celebrated its de-facto 22nd year of independence (or officially the 13th anniversary since they were officially recognized by every major country that matters + 100 other randoms). NATO conducted over 30,000+ successful bombing raids during the 3 months of bombing and liberated the Republic of Kosovo from the Serbian terror and genocide by destroying most major targets all over their tiny insignificant country and these Turbo-Serbo internet trolls are celebrating the fact that they managed to shoot down 2.5 NATO planes (one F-117, one F-16, and one A-10 that was only damaged and it landed safely, later fixed and used again in combat) out out of all those bombing raids. Yeah, great job Serbian military - 30,000 air bombing raids - 2.5 planes shot down. Lol. Maybe next time they'll manage to shoot down 4 planes out 50,000 raids before they unconditionally surrender and run away again. And just like you said they only shot the F-117 mostly due to luck because the bomb bay doors stuck open, not due to their magnificent skills with using the obsolete 1960's Soviet anti-aircraft S-125 missiles. If they did it on purpose because they knew what they were doing they would have done it again and a lot more of NATO planes would go down. Instead, it was just luck that time and they only managed to shoot down one more F-16 a month later after the F-117 incident. The Taliban literally just won the war in Afghanistan against the NATO and I haven't seen almost any celebratory remarks from their Muslim supporters around the world, and they have a reason to celebrate and gloat! But these dumb Serb Gypsies are all over the place like flies on shit leaving comments under almost every F-117 video on You Tube. Hilarious....
