You can definitely buy a 3060ti It's not a HUGE upgrade but it's good enough But you should get a better psu like 550 min or a 750 or something for future proofing

no, that would be almost a sidegrade. The RTX 3060ti would be slightly faster, but I doubt the difference would be worth it. Buy a 3070 or better or wait. Also the Ryzen 5 5500 doesn't support PCIe4, only PCIe3. Next to that it only has half of L3 cache compared to other 5000 series CPUs. If you want to buy a much faster GPU I recommend first to buy a X3D CPU. It will give you PCIe4 and it will come with a 4 to 6 times bigger L3 cache which tremendously reduces latency in games (hence higher fps, especially in 1% and 0.1% lows).

if you play on low resolution or low graphs, the Cpu usage goes Higher and the Gpu Lower, the best on this combo is to play on Higher graphs and resolution to get the charge on the gpu and less Cpu, play around with the settings.

Ну и ещё приятный бонус в 65В, я лично с 5800х очень сильно замучился( буду менять на более демократичный и народный, 3600,5500,5600, только без наркоманского Х. Пока думаю какой.

You have nvdia drivers and for the processor its something to install? I have amd chipset drivers but i dont know if its necessary

Go to task manager click performance then click cpu then tell how much process are running when your pc is idle like nothing is opened then ?
