Yes he is. I've come to the conclusion that he is in fact the greatest comedy character in tv. A super polite, positive and closeted chechen mobster cannot get any better. Anthony Carrigan is so good. If there is a show to do a spinoff of is Barry with Noho Hank. Imagine a prequel story about Hank arriving in LA. Could very well be amazing.

First exposure to Anthony Carrigan was when he was briefly on The Flash followed almost immediately by him being one of my favorite characters on Gotham as Victor Zsasz! Started watching Barry the night I found out he was going to be a regular!

Hank is my favorite character ever. I remember seeing ads for Barry before it came out (I’m an actor and in school a lot like Cousineau’s school) i always wanted to be an actor before that but when Barry first aired, i finally went, i have to do this. Love this show
NoHo Hank is awesome, but Anthony makes it incredible in a way he goes through laugh to thrill in a blink, he's got that bite point in every scene that makes it unique. I would love to see him performing on a big drama movie, he's one of those actors that can make a real difference and a generational performance.

I enjoyed the hell out of his nutbar/psycho-killer character on Gotham too, and I'm very seriously thinking of resubscribing to Crave here in Canada so i can catch up with Barry, one of my faves only available here on that platform. Could've done it in the time it took to type this. byee.
