Great price to be able to live there. Abruzzo is really beautiful, kind of a not so talked about region in Italy. But don't let that fool you, it's terrific.
I absolutely love your posts and I think the areas are STUNNING and love when you say that, brings me a smile and I giggle when a truck goes by or there is a jack hammer just when you start filming. Looking forward to this one. I almost moved inland from Pescara but I was not thrilled with Pescara and that would be my go to town. I am looking in Portugal this winter but one never knows. Keep posting. Cheers . Great job on your vids Gina from Upstate NY USA on my way out of here.
@Originalman144 I'm not sure you can negotiate for a lower price. I believe I've heard Dave say they have negotiated for the lowest price, includingaxes and fee, or he wouldn't be having it on the channel. The best thing to do though is contact him to get the words straight from the source.
Would it possible to incorporate the garage into the main apartment? Would make a great 2nd bedroom. Could you get access from the staircase / kitchen area. Love the fresco on the celling. Excellent value and great location. Also love the exterior colour.
I had the same idea sort of about the garage, but with a little twist. If possible, I would have the garage converted into an entire first floor, with kitchen, living/dining room plus possibly a bathroom. And access to the rest of the house. That way you could have the bedrooms on the next 2 levels with much more room for a bathroom than the currently have. I'm guessing the only way to know if that is possible is to ask @Dave to check with his professionals if it would be possible.
This would make a lovely little Holiday home. I usually think some of your ideas are too involved or a little over the top, but I think you’re spot on for this one. Half bath under the stairs and a full bath upstairs. Open up that area downstairs to the kitchen and living area all together as one. Hopefully you’d be able to do it all for additional €20-€30,000 and have a really nice place! And definitely get those mini split units for heat and air!
Ne kadar Renovasyon olsada ev kullanışlı değil..Özellikle mutfak ve Banyosu yok..Evin en iyi yeri Aletlerin konduğu giriş Odasi..Tavan Resmine bayıldım 😊
Is there life like busling piacas and life a short ride away because with a shop you can live 6 months here 6 months back home and never get bored with an turkish style bakery shop
Why isn't that house sold? I want to buy the house but not for vacation. I would like to live in this area to get time for myself while residing in North America with options that are furnished.Kathye-Kaye
Dave how do you fin these properties? Agencies contact you and ask you to show in your channel? Love the color 🧡 can we replace garage door? Galley kitchen 😊
You need to update your you tube channel that this is sold, a lot of time wasted trying to find any information about it on your website. Would not have gone looking had I realised it was no longer available
With your 300 000 pounds house you can bye a house here and a house in croatia montenegro and have half left to move something you can live in betwen montenegro and italy and never get bored 6 month here 6 months there
It's 30k Larry. Where i'm from you can't buy a decent car for that price. Perfect lock-up holiday home for a family. This place is a gem for the price.
Ask yourself - what is Abruzzo known for? Answer, earthquakes. These earthquakes kill the residents and damage the buildings. Why was this one partially renovated - ask yourself? Why is it so cheap? Answer, locals are moving out and the previous resident may have 'moved on.' Do your own research.
I was in Padova when a small tremor hit. It woke my ass up in a hurry. I was in a hotel close to their airport at the time. I flew back home to Las Vegas and about a week later, we had an earthquake out there. I know I’m over weight but I didn’t think by that much.
I have friends living in Abruzzo. The family have lived in the area for more than 60 years and have never suffered an earthquake. I live in Melbourne, Australia and we have had two earthquakes in the last 5 years
Those are cheap houses, of course they do not stage , see the house in northen Italy how well staged and stunning interiors, but they are 20 times more expensive.
Favorite part and the only one...the garage. To closed in and in a bare neighborhood. Now if the roof top had access for a patio, I might have more interest. Nice town.
It’s 29k. No duh it needs a lot of work. You’re not going to find a move in ready mansion done to your exact specifications right in the city center for 29k , lol.
A new Kitchen is going to cost at least €30,000 and both a half bath and a full bath with a new wall is going to cost at €10,000. I guess you could just use a chamber-pot but I don't think the neighbors will like you very much. Just kidding, the place has potential but the buy will have to pay cash. There is no way anyone could get a loan for a house that doesn't have a bathroom or kitchen.
@@francesguinta8614 One would have to have the intelligence to go buy that stuff instead of dumping it on someones head. Okay, the place is very nice and the price is just right. Upgrades needed will cost next to nothing really. If I could get financing I would by it in a heartbeat. Does anyone know of a reputable mortgage company out there who could contact me?
30K for a new kitchen? In that small space? Not even close. Unless Ikea isn't your jam? For a kitchen that small you're looking at 10K all in, that's with a fridge and dish washing machine.
30k for a kitchen!!!!!!! Not sure where you live but it would be nowhere near that unless you have gold fittings. I am confident that you could get the work done for 10k/12k max for kitchen and new bathroom.
@@RocksOff72 I wouldn't spend 5k on a kitchen that size. You can easily buy kitchens with appliances to fit in there for less than 5k uunless you want luxury.
It’s scarie! Only what three windows! So small???? Kitchen is a hallway or entryway????? U have a different view of property than I do??? Pretty much ready to go u kidding me??? A view??? Again u r kidding ??? Best luck on selling it!
You better speak Italian as well as you would have to get all the work done to it by local contractors. I doubt many if any one in that town speaks English. Even in Rome, not many people speak English. Also, and this is a real concern in Italy, you better do your research about whether the mafia are there or not. If you get a knock on your door one day and there is someone asking you for $1k euro a month as 'protection' money, it suddenly won't seem all that cheap an investment.
Firstly we help with part 1 of your statement, that is part of our business and for the second part of your statement, I think you need to stop watching the God father 🤣🤣
This is the town my great grandparents are from. I still have to visit.
Beautiful small apartment, I love it. Thank you Dave
Great property!

This is great! My wife and I each have motorcycles ready to be kept in that garage!

Very nice, I’m trying to wrap my head around the layout, it’s a bit odd. The kitchen is a hallway, the bathroom a closet. I love the price
You're right. Very odd layout, but nice for a young person starter home or vacation crash pad or rental. Can always negotiate for lower price too.
@Originalman144

Good job. I wish I was ready.
Take down a load bearing wall.. great advice.
"fixer-upper" bargain, just book a ticket.

Fantastic! ❤
Thats gorgeous
I agree take out that ground level wall , add 2nd fl bath and spiral staircase to roof deck w add 3rd floor bed room if allowed , bam 2bed room
I wanted to ask if properties in the TH-cam videos are all sold through agents while the ones on your website are mostly sold private?
What a beautiful thing, it's a pity that at the moment I don't have such free money to buy👍
Stunning ❤

That’s a lovely little place. And my husband would put his motorcycle in that garage happily.
No, no, no.... that soft tone of voice is not going to convince me. 😅
Should to a restaurant called Lo Chalet. The most amazing food
Strange layout. It's almost as though this property and the one to the left of the entrance staircase were originally one house
Dave how do you fin these properties? Agencies contact you and ask you to show in your channel? Love the color 🧡 can we replace garage door? Galley kitchen 😊
How do you make contact with the seller, how do you make an offer?
Once uve purchased the place, and back to your country, who will be applying for the construction permits etc?
To small and the bathroom next to the kitchen, not ideal. Seems like they sectioned a bigger property into smaller units.
Nice
Could you add a little balcony off the kitchen door?
Very nice place
Is this place still available? I’m interested ! What should I do next ? Thanks
This is a nice litle propretie i would turn that garage in a litle bakerye shop

That is the church where my parents were married❤❤❤❤
Dear, a question, how can you buy a house in Italy as a foreigner? I am Argentine and I am not a European citizen regards
Please email info@ahomeinitaly.com
Could you build a roof balcony? Add a fireplace wood stove?
Beautiful, just renovated and then they run away … wonder why.. 😅😅
I’ll take it
does this area get reliable internet ?
Great question.. looking at moving in the future and this would be essential as I trade online.

It looks so brand new but that toilet where do you shower its a shoe cupboard.
I would turn that garage in artizan bread shop
Sold yet?
That litle garadge i would turn into a of licence beer wine cigarete litle shop
Is it still available? You guys don’t reply to comments at all 😢
Sorry the property is sold
No kitchen, no baths, small rooms and no terraces or good views. I don’t see this as a good buy.

It's priced about right at only 30k though. Everything is brand new. This would go for 300,000 GBP in London or an easy 400k in Manhattan.
You expect the world for 30k?🙄🙄
@@Originalman144much much more in Manhattan!
I paid 32K for my newToyota Tacoma pic up truck . So yep very good deal !!!
I wish I was an impulse buyer……cause I’d do it.
But my brain works to slowly .

I’ve mentioned this on other videos but never got a reply. It is worrisome…
