    The one thing that strikes me is no matter how old Sammy gets, he figures out a way to make money. He never just sits around, always looking for the next score.

      Yeah, Nah, there's gotta be a better, more customer focused movie entity than Netflix. Sammy's story will need to be at least a 10year mini-series, with at least a weekly show to cover at least the majority of his stories. But WhoTF@#k do we get to play the lead roll??? Peanuts to play his wife when that time comes

      People watch T.V and movies to have their emotions moved...
      Some life stories don't translate well in order to do that.. The movie formula Sensationalizes and emphasizes
      Gun fights and romance scenes and builds characters that everyone can relate too.
      It never works..

    the guy who was official boss before Chin was Philip "Benny Squint" Lombardo.
    he took over the family after Vito Genovese went to jail as acting boss and then became the official boss when Vito passed away, and he first made Ryan Eboli street boss, then Funzi Tieri.
    and when Funzi died, he stepped down and gave the reigns to Chin, who in turn made Fat Tony street boss

    • @nelstar4676
      @nelstar4676 3 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      @SILVERBACK SAVAGE well, Fat Tony was sort of an acting boss, because he never really was the official boss.
      street boss and acting boss are very similar titles but just used for different reasons.
      so Chin was the official boss whereas Fat Tony was the street boss. (acting is usually when the official boss is in prison and someone needs to fill the position sometimes temporarily). but you could technically call Fat Tony an acting boss aswell.

    I'd absolutely love a new mob series with all this epic content coming out and these made guys accessible to be part of production. HBO could really take advantage of it. From the start of the first sicilians, all the way to modern day. It'd be an absolutely surreal TV experience, especially with modern cinematography.

Any ways thank you Sammy for finding your true calling in life and blessing us with such great entertainment and content. • @Cardb33

      Chin wins every time. Just cause Pappa was a paranoid mass murderer doesn't make him smart. Taking on Chin is suicide. Too smart, too connected, too much resources and too powerful. He had guys like Pappa killed all the time, psychotic hitmen who thought they were tougher than they actually were but all ended up dead. Guys like Chin, Funzi Tieri, Fat Tony, Carlo Gambino, Tony Ducks and them were in a whole different level than the average Gangster no matter how violent.

I really like how just when we think that you're done telling the story. you usually add a little "encore" story on the end. I hope you continue to do that. It just makes it all that much better. I also like how you take your time in your storytelling. There's another x mobster that I watch and he speaks so fast in his videos are so fast that it doesn't make it enjoyable and it's really hard to paint the picture.
