Go back 40+ years. I lived in Sussex and had a really gorgeous girlfriend who lived in Bristol. Sadly, after a few months, we broke up. We were both young 19 something teenagers. I used to meet her at Gatwick coach station as she'd have arrived from the M4 to Crawley. And Bristol is West of Sussex. So the song fitted perfectly. Sorry to break it guys, Jeff Lynne is an alien that comes from the musical galaxy - long ago and far-far away - with a starship known as ELO (the full name comes later - just like the "S" on Superman) . So nobody on earth come close to him and his celestial style. Look at the guy, he never gets old. He is so humble but I do know one thing, even Beatles saluted him - they know he is a celestial being - just like Andy Warhol.

Thankfully my mother is still alive. I don't need people friends so this song reminded me of my dog that had cancer. She was a Queen and i buried her in the back yard only 2 years ago. I'm not a psycho killer, she was put down at the vet and I couldn't even watch even though I sat on the floor crying and hugged her as it was done. 10 years and no sign then one day she was just in pain and gone the next. But it was the best thing to do after seeing the x-rays for myself. She was so tough to hide it from me for so long.

Sorry to break it guys, Jeff Lynne is an alien that comes from the musical galaxy - long ago and far-far away - with a starship known as ELO (the full name comes later - just like the "S" on Superman) . So nobody on earth come close to him and his celestial style. Look at the guy, he never gets old. He is so humble but I do know one thing, even Beatles saluted him - they know he is a celestial being - just like Andy Warhol.

Thankfully my mother is still alive. I don't need people friends so this song reminded me of my dog that had cancer.
She was a Queen and i buried her in the back yard only 2 years ago.
I'm not a psycho killer, she was put down at the vet and I couldn't even watch even though I sat on the floor crying and hugged her as it was done.
10 years and no sign then one day she was just in pain and gone the next. But it was the best thing to do after seeing the x-rays for myself. She was so tough to hide it from me for so long.

This was her favourite Elo song. I got shivers thinking where the last 30 years have disappeared too!!! Yet Elo have been with me every step of the way ! Best band of all time
