Wow!
This is a keeper episode. Marriage counselors should have this link within their notes. Thank you ladies, always 🙏🏽
Can you do another series from the guys perspective on conflict. This is very informative
I think i am Manuela and Pumla combined!
@@nabendefrancescabrine5511 Now I fear you too hahah. I already fear Manuela Chei!!!
Pumla I like that u can hear out weather good or bad but sometimes we don’t want to be so vulnerable when telling the story to u, so it’s not exactly dishonesty but it’s being worried to over expose everything
As a man, Bump Love is like a cheat code into the operation of a woman’s mind and this has been further personified in this conflict resolution espisode. My marriage is richer because of this show! Well done ladies.
This is powerful!!
I know my own Hubby is better for it too.
Rachel is blooming right infront of us. I love it. Praise God for the glow.
I love it when ALL FIVE OF YOU are there. It makes me feel like my big sisters have all arrived and I'm sitting in a corner watching them spew wisdom. ❤❤❤
❤
Right!!!
Ladies thanks for walking the journey and handing us the notes. One of these days we shall kwekalasa and sponsor a show as bump lovers. Yes....a show sponsored by the viewers❤.
This is something I'd fully get behind! So grateful for what Bump love offers ❤
We can do that as a way of appreciating these women❤
Am Kenyan and am a big fan. I've learnt alot from the show
Nawow 😯
Pumla wabula okola reseearch.. i love how you take Bump love as an Exam… you’re always there with facts.. “ I a book, i went met a counsellor” You’re so brainy.., I stan🥰
An exaaaaaaaammmmmm 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂.
I do it for you ❤
And we shall always be grateful@@pumlanabachwa8668
I want to be like pumla real bad
How @@kafeeroadam4449how can we do to be like Pumla actually to be like these ladies yooo
Racheal looking sooo good, the dress, hair, make up....
It seems people sleep here waiting for the new episode😂. Angie's hair is great. Thanks ladies for the show. You all look fabulous
I absolutely agree with Pumla. That was my take when I got married 3 years ago, you don't have to wait years to learn something through experience, you can actively learn it from an authority on the subject matter.
One of my personal axioms is "whatever you've not actively learned how to do, you don't know how to do"
I think this truth is elusive in relationships because we are naturally relational beings. So because we have a native proclivity to relate we think we know how to do it well. But the truth is, just because you have a propensity towards something doesn't mean you're a master at it, mastery is a result of scholarship.
So because many of us don't realise we need to learn how to relate, especially with the opposite sex, we go through life wounding each other, cos the truth is we don't know what we're doing.
So, to any younger bump lover on here who is still not married or in a life long commitment, one of the best things you can do for yourselves while you wait, is to actively learn how to relate within the context of a relationship. As in study, the same way you studied your subjects in school.
Get the book Pumla shared from, find other resources, but by all means ACTIVELY LEARN...my absolute best resource is Esther Perel, she's a Belgian - American Psychotherapist. She's brilliant, and she has a TH-cam channel, check her out.
Love and Light💖💞💫
YEEEEEESSSSSS
I love this. Not everytime struggling for 10 years 😅
❤❤❤
It's the English for me. Eh 😁😁😁
I'm a huge fun of Esther Peril too! I honestly don't know anyone in that space that is as amazing at disecting relationship dynamics as she is. Love all that you had to say here too.
@@jdm3762 I know right! She's simply amazing! I bless the day I discovered her.

Rosette, you look so lovelyyyyy, the hair the dress matches the shoes. Racheal that dress is popping! Angella, I almost did not recognize you? You look lovely? The hair is giving royalty! Manuela that hair and out fit your giving these American celebrities who always look on point on vogue, no matter how old. You look fly anyway Manuela.Love you guys thank you, for being vulnerable and letting us into a little of your personal information. 🙏🏾🙏🏾
So Pumla is invisible to u?
We need a bump love party 🎉
Dishonesty 💯. I detest it and can't stand someone who tells me lies
Same here
I'm enjoying Manuela's reactions 😂. She's even getting triggered as she mentions her triggers.😂
😂😂😂😂
😂
She was telling someone
What makes this show captivating is the fact that each of these five ladies is unique in every sense and there's a way it makes the show just complete ❤❤❤
Racheal!!!! I feel like I am the one seated in your chair 😢😢😢😢😢 What a healing experience to hear you literally speak out for me, in every possible way. I cannot believe this! Hope we meet and have a conversation sometime. As if it is not enough that we both cut off sisterlocks in the same week 😢 Now this! You ladies are a great inspiration. Take care of yourselves! We need you alive to stand up for us and teach us to do the same for others ❤❤❤❤❤ A heart for each of you.
Angie giving rich older aunty vibes❤❤❤❤❤
Is she too old? Tokisussa she is in her 40s and that's where they are all are in there 40s
See your narrow understanding ability😂😂😂 i’m loving her so so much actually. Definitely she is the older one, something she has always highlighted it herself so what is your point?
You dint have to emphasize “old” though!! It came off as tacky and disrespectful.. we know she’s old girl… i mean respectfully!
No, Pumla is not yet 40 I believe she mentioned being 38 last year and I don’t think their age should be such a big deal let’s concentrate on the information coming out of them🙄🙄 what is wrong with people and all the scrutiny
It's the word Older. You know how sensitive we are as women
As for Angie pouring water on the bed 😂😂😂😂I dint see it coming 😂😂😂
She killed me tooo😂😂😂😂 bambi OJ
I died 😂
aaw Angie is right about us out here in the diaspora.. we mostly have each other so have less conflicts and have to resolve them faster
After watching this I feel so much better. I thought I was the worst in my relationship when it came to conflict. Hearing the same things shows that I need to give myself grace. I am learning and praying for self control in my relationship.
Rosette looks amazing
Thanks❤
Nowadays, parents have taken confrontations to social media. Its so sad. Solving marital issues on socials while recording.
Racheal, you are so wise as i enjoy listening to your perspective about marriage. I have taken a lot of what you have said over the years and used it in my own marriage. I also love that you used scripture to explain your solution to conflict. God bless you.
A cocktail 🍸 of you 5 ladies is a visit to paradise. Your sessions are so educative and will surely better us. Be blessed.
I just realised that its the first time Pumla officially announced her serious relationship.whooop whooop
Hahaha! I have mentioned it in a previous episode 😅
The look on all you ladies face when angie said ‘even that day i was rushing back to twetegeka’ 😂😂
Counseling,Therapy,Sisterhood,Church in all for every episode ❤❤❤❤
Kemi's approach on conflict currently, is spot on, I will adopt this, and I've heard of it before. Good job Kemi!!! ❤
You guys are just so amazing, thanks for going over and above for women, nothing can equate to your sacrifices, may the almighty bless all of you abundantly 🎉
Hello bump lovers.
I always enjoy listening to you ladies. This topic today has been touching. Some of us we stomach things, before we know it explosion happens. Thank you for opening our eyes. I’ve learnt that I have to communicate appropriately and avoid fights. Love you 🥰 ❤❤❤❤❤
And that point of noting down those issues, is key. It calms you down in a way.
I genuinely invest in data to tune in and learn from your episodes, as each one offers valuable insights. Thank you for that!
Thank you ladies for such a rich rich episode and also for sharing your experiences and lessons so freely it’s truly empowering. Thank you all
Some of these episodes i have to watch twice because there is so much to learn. Thank you ladies!
"I guess as I resolve and work through stress by stepping back and focusing on myself, you do so by ending things." and that's the last time we spoke😂.so thank you ladies for sharing on how best we can resolve conflicts amicably as this has left me in a better place to handle considering that I feel healed and ready to move into another relationship and Rachel, thank you for teaching me better vocabulary and for being a calm lady.
You guys are so self-aware 😊 ❤ Thank you for the vulnerability and the amazing advice !
Manuella never disappoints me 🤣 dia u are not alone , we are many here who have so many triggers lol
I can’t get enough of bump love always. There are times I find my self watching an episode more than once.
Thanks bump love, so inspirational and educative
Thanks Ladies for the great talk.. I can resonate with it 100%. In every relationship , you have to look at your self first , work on yourself to be the better version of you , the rest will be history.
Manuela my soul sister.....its almost as if you're reading from my pages many times..and then today you were so spot on with the 2 triggers it's crazy!
You ladies look exquisite and thanks for this episode.
I have always wanted to communicate to hubby but all the times I did, he didn't get it or understood me and this made me feel even worse than it was before, I now know better
Thank you, ladies, for the show.....This was a very eye-opening episode, l loved it😊
Ladies this was a Fantastic show❤❤❤ . Thank you for sharing your lives with us. You are helping so many people especially those of us that are hungry for the knowledge. God bless you
Yo right Rosette! I have learnt that the devil is not happy with marriage,i learnt to exercise self control not to throw words anyhow because comparing my personal person am troublesome.
Am not good at comforting but when he does i get to say what is on my mind.
What has helped on my side,is self control ,listening and talk after not forgetting praying about it.
Thank you ladies and dont forget to bring a male version with( Andrew kyamagero,Mr Mulondo, Ben and Baby KuKu)
Thanks & keep serving love from a bump lover 4rm KGL❤
Well, let them be 5 men, Mr. Nabwiso should join the league as well.👏Thank you 😊
💯❤
I agree
Kale the way I look forward to bump love.Ladies you are all so beautiful, smart and amazing. This episode has helped save my marriage
Wow this is so good guys. Thanks for the information you always delivery to us. You guys hv made me grow in my marriage no more crying like Rachael
These are beautiful stories. Thank you ladies ❤. As a person I hate disrespect and Comparing my worth all the time.
One thing I like about this program is that I can not watch it without a note book😊 Thank you for the educative conversations your really helping me grow better. I am just in my early 20s and this is grooming me to be a better version of me. Kudos 👏
Thank you so much ladies ...i feel uprehended that i use some of the mentioned points to manage my conflicts
This has been so insightful, it significantly means conflict exists everywhere even with ownself. I always thought my neighbor has a better relationship than mine but we are all in this together, the ideology is to make it work. Thank you ladies for this insightful episode. We need part II of this episode from the men's side. Again thank you
This episode just came in at right time when I needed to hear this
Oh my God.
So so interesting ,I laughed my heart out.
You are all so wonderful
Great conversation ladies Thanks for sharing. I am always looking forward to Friday for another conversation.❤
In my home, there was not much confrontation but I am so confrontational, I also fear. My triggers are:
1. Disrespect from men
2. Unfairness/injustice
3. Nonsense/unseriousness/mediocrity
4. Lies/hypocrisy/pretence
5. And others that really depend 😂
Are you my sister ? I equate disrespect to bullying and show you fire😂
@@najunaevelyne674 we are definetely sisters🤣May God help us
The fifth one for me😂😂😂
@@veron2981 some triggers really depend 🤣
May God help us otherwise we will burst😅
This must be your best episode so far. Depth and context at its best 👌
Thank you ladies, always excited when I get a notification. Well me and my fiance, we met on the 1st of June 2021, and every 1st of the month we celebrate and discuss how our relationship is taking both of us. This keeps helping us understand each other, our expectations, things that look like lag us behind..this has kept us friends...so sometimes during conflict, I remember this is my friend and I want my friend to stay..so we put in the work.
I also didn't know some men (mine especially) are so onto wearing the ring all the time...its just an engagement ring, but because we celebrate these days, I see the importance of how much he embraces the ring on my finger....I think we are growing stronger everyday with this....and pssschhh its long distance btw and I am loving it. 😊
This is the best and most helpful thing I have watched recently, OMG! Thank you ladies, you are so loved here in Kenya🇰🇪 ❤❤❤❤
The radiance🥰😍😍 i love it, y’all look amazing,, now let me watch the show

Love from London
Eh, thank you for this ladies. You've heped me. Thank you for your honesty.
Goshhh!!! I loved this episode and it’s such great timing!!! Was literally recently thinking of how my parents handle conflict has greatly impacted me and I was wondering the toll it will take when I do get into a relationship. Because can’t lie, I know a toxic trait was built within me…
Such a good conversation with such beautiful women. This is definitely gonna be a referral episode❤
We appreciate you guys 🙏🙏,,, thanks for the show
Me here watching the show after having a trigger by a work mate😢i am so thankful the laughter u brought to me has made me calm😅God bless you ladies. My greatest trigger is when i am taken for granted, i really hate it ehhhh like no matter who it is, once they have taken me for granted i will definitely come for youuuu😂😂😂😂i will truly go for the individual
I have picked so many gems from this episode.Thank you ladies❤
This was so wholesome&fun..i discovered you ladies yesterday&i must say that you are just vibes on vibes🥰🥰🥰💯.
Thank you very much ladies for sharing your experience. You are helping many of us.
2024 you are serving us wisdom pon wisdom. What an amazing episode full of infinite wisdom!! I love conflict resolution it’s one of my majors in all my relationships be it romantic, family or friends and a few things that have worked for me which I was glad to hear is “reading the room/moods” , “briefly talk the issue out but give a solution too” and this one for the marrieds like Kemi said and I call them ,”weekly dates”.But in all things intentionality is key to resolving conflicts. It all starts with you … the anger is in you already, the rest are triggers so we need to work on ourselves.
Most importantly pursue peace with all men (Hebrews 12:14)
Thanks so much great ladies for the wonderful show and for allowing us into your beautiful spaces and to pick wisdom nuggets from your personal experiences. Good job on this one👏🏾
Love you 😍
@Pumla any leads on where I can get that book?! Thx
Since I'm singular and have no experience in relationships plus I was raised by a single mom that being said, I have never experienced conflicts apart from neighbours and other people. Therefore, I will enjoy the comments and the show thank you ladies. ❤
We are in the same boat wow i wanted to make a comment of this kind❤
This is a full package. Always grateful to you ladies 🙏
Thank you ladies for this show.I didn’t want it to end.So much to learn

Manuela has given me laughter; her strategy for dealing with male aggression is for World Cup
Am teething also 😂😂❤
I really love the fact that Men are Logical and us Women omg we are too emotional bump love ❤️ you are so incredible
You guys look so stunning ❤️. Am not a confrontational person but I will speak my mind.
weekly dose indeed...Thanks ladies 😍
thank you ladies, you are so amazing and this episode was definitely helpful
Another informative and well delivered episode! Love you ladies, I can't get enough of these discussions! We need a bump love conference, already. I love all your takes on things. I often find that I relate to each of you in a different episode...I guess none of us are just one thing. Sometimes I'm a bear and other times a hyena but I'm mostly an ostrich.11 years of marriage and still getting better at resolving conflict. Thanks Pumla for doing the research and shortening the journey so we don't have to start over again. I learned so much today. Keep it up 🎉
The goal is to be better ❤
sweet episode❤thank you ladies for this❤
Rosette's one liners resonate....alot I love you for that you are so naturally bright Rosette..

Oh thanks so much for the program, we the younger ones who have not yet entered in to the institution of marriage,we are learning alot, and may Christ give you divine wisdom, knowledge and understanding to teach us more❤❤
Now I can officially start my year👏👏. I learnt alot from this because I struggle with conflict resolution.
You gals are so blessed .. you have what we call wisdom beyong measures ... I wiish i could mobilize all modern gals to come listen to your conversations... The way you bring it, talk through it and how you end it is so amazing. I could listen. To.your thoughts on a dialy basis without getting tired .. Pumla and Rachel kindly share with me.your hair dressers . You all.look so fabulous ... i just love love love bump.love ... It my thing for relaxing and I run here for learning something new .

Liking the ululation! But most importantly that you are real. So so real and bold.
You are incredible dear ladies.
