If your partner is bad with money. Do not open a joint account. You are right coach. I have my own bank account for myself even if I'm married. I had experienced financial abused by my husband that's why I learned a lesson from it. Never again. I'm watching you from the Philippines. Great job!

This is not a redflag, it is a stop sign! It means you are making poor choices. You shouldn't be getting married to someone who is so unequally yoked that you need to have parallel financial paths within marriage. Religion, finances and health choices that are so disparate simply means you shouldn't be with that person in marriage.

Very interesting conversation. What is your take on people especially women who want men to pay for everything despite that they are earning?
That’s a tough one. I would probably have that conversation with the person to find out why and discuss what a more comfortable arrangement would look like. 50-50 is also not always the solution either. It is all a conversation thing. Couples MUST talk to each other.

Hello, it is an excel sheet. It is best used on a laptop, but if you have a good phone that has a good view on excel sheets, you can use that too.

What's your advise on investing in a money market fund with a bank compared to an insurance company?
Banks meant foe transactions.Insurance companies for risk mitigation.Saccos majorly on borrowing. Best places to save are the unity trust funds, i.e., MMF such as CIC and Britam .Bonds majorly on infrastructural bonds
