    Really looking forward to this as I was going to ask you to show some of your and Naomi’s training workout’s rather than just warmups and races (as good as those are). Do you do long runs with efforts in being one of my questions?

      Naomi loves a good long run blended with efforts… think the majority of her long runs are. I try to mix it up and my Tuesday / Thursday sessions will be a good blend. I’m a good fan of time on feet long runs, above and beyond goal marathon time. Here’s a few favourites though;
      - 4x 5k off 2k float
      - 3 or 4x 5 mile off 3 minutes / 1k float
      - 1 hour easy + 1 hour marathon pace + 30 minutes easy
      - Long run of 18/20/22 with last 10k marathon pace
      - 3k / 2k / 1k / 500m x3 off 1k float

      That’s ace pal! Let me know how you get on with them. Notoriously difficult to get a discount code direct from New Balance, cheers for the tip 👊

    Hi, Do you do hill reps as well?

      Hill reps feature in my block as I’m building strength, no real pressure on getting down the hill just attacking on the way up. Can make for a long session once you’re done.
      Naturally though where I live we can get 800-1000ft on most runs, unless I make a conscious effort to keep them flat. So I don’t tend to factor in a lot of hill sessions.
