This is really cool. I’m staring to make all Natrual Aloe Vera soap and one of the ingredients is coconut oil. I grow my aloe so I know what in it. I want to find a coconut farm in California so I can see what the farming environment to ensure my product is the highest quality I can make it. I was trying to figure out a way to waste the shell. I thought of making cup and bowls out of them but after like ) of each my cupboards would be full. I’m want to bring old America back where we were proud of our products we owned our own businesses and we employed who we wanted and Did OJT (On The Job Training) to show you how I want it done not how schools told them how it should be done.
Wow I hope to make use of such a machine someday!

There are two mechanism
1- soak the husk in water : th-cam.com/video/blTmpC7LmTE/w-d-xo.html
2- Without water (this is without water tecniq)

This machine cost is nearly 1500 USD. Usually the working shift was 10h per day for this and it's required 2 or 3 man power. We can do this as selfe employees and they cut 2000-3000 coconut husk for day. The coco output will be nearly 3-4 cubic metres per the day.
