Just super amazing,, the genius behind some of these small factories that doing metal work and just everything that I always thought was coming out of some mega factory in China and after I started watching these videos is really amazed me that a lot of this stuff is coming out of small independent shops, I am embarrassed that America does not have half of the ambition at these young gentlemen have. My day be blessed and continue to be productive.
Best work process. But more new systems and new machines need to expand this type of industry. The state government has to take interest rather than corrupt politics 😆. Thank you🙏.
I hadn't realised that rope could be manufactured using such short strands. Its really quite fascinating that someone thought to use the waste products from coconuts in this way!
At one part in the video, it showed what looked like a plastic line being added to the center of each of the rope strands, with the coconut husk material being wrapped around it. Then, those rope parts were wrapped with other plastic lined rope parts.
🌺 At first it looked like they were transferring it from place to place to place until finally it got to the stage where it was actually turning into a rope, ha!😳😂🌺
coir has lot of uses including when it gets fine treatment it can be used for packaging material instead of tin aluminium...and its eco freindly when infused with other green pulp coir shall give that stability strength to hold product safe secure like even as roof tops...

At one part of the video, it actually looked like they were adding line made of plastic to the center of the ropes and then wrapping the coconut husk material around that plastic line.
Can anyone tell me what this rope is basically used for, and what can you use it for and watch you cannot use it for and how long it lasts compared to hemp rope and other types. Thank you for the information
I noticed at one part of the video it showed what looked like a plastic line going into the center of these ropes... with the coconut being wrapped around the plastic line... do these ropes have a plastic center? If they have a plastic center, then are they really environmentally friendly? Would there be a way to make them without the plastic center?
Dude, there are no plastic in these ropes. These are centuries old process way before plastic has even been invented. Man, white people think they invented everything in the world.😂😂😂🤦♂️
If the 1st stage machines for converting the coconut husks into coir were put into underground pits, the work output of labourers would improve as they would not have to climb up with heavy loads on their heads. Similarly much can be done to continuously improve the machinery design to have less noise, less wastage, better workflow integration and automation for higher productivity and efficiency.
Except for the plastic line being added into the center of each rope strand. In cotton, wool, and linen factories they don't have to add the plastic line to the middle to make ropes. In the video, it shows one part that looks like a plastic line being added to the center of each rope strand, with the coconut husk material being wrapped around it, then wrapped with another rope strand.
That type bussiness ideas is really help the environment

I hadn't realised that rope could be manufactured using such short strands.

It's really all they have to work with. The Indians and middle East thrive off of the trash from other countries.
At one part in the video, it showed what looked like a plastic line being added to the center of each of the rope strands, with the coconut husk material being wrapped around it. Then, those rope parts were wrapped with other plastic lined rope parts.
There are no plastic used to make these ropes. You need to realize Indians have been making these ropes centuries before the invention of plastic.🤦♂️
Amazing but how strong is the rope?
🌺 At first it looked like they were transferring it from place to place to place until finally it got to the stage where it was actually turning into a rope, ha!😳😂🌺
Very interesting 👍
It's amazing coconut can produce useful products

Very hardworking great job.
Love the idea. If only these guys were given few wheel barrows to help them transfer the load.

So the rop is only held together by small strands of friction?
Lol yup
At one part of the video, it actually looked like they were adding line made of plastic to the center of the ropes and then wrapping the coconut husk material around that plastic line.
You need to learn how physics work, son. No wonder Indians stealing all your tech jobs😂😂😂🤦♂️

Aaaaap
👍 very nice
when we are going to improve to machines people lose the opportunity to work
Don't think for automation
It will spoil the labour livelihood
Thankyou Sir
God bless you all the way
Nice!Same process of woolen, cotton mills
