uhm wear gloves, sometimes the outer shell have sharp edges and could slit your palm when separating them from the grainy part. I got my palm callous and some slit wounds but all worth it. Also dont expect to make much from a single shell. Run hot water btw when done to kill molds and funjus and stuff. This is base on our experience using it
