- Cooking POV: We had to close our main location early! We were able to grab the hot dog buns we needed to finish out this catering event. Cant you run a electric cable from the house on the other side of the parking lot instead of the generators?
Wish we could. The breaker box can’t handle the load of our trailer. We spend so much money on gas and generators. It’s a shame.
