I love session vids.
YES, absolutely want to see more of this!
Yes!
lol trying to focus and pacing around while the artist wants to chat about life is so relatable.
Love vids like these! please keep them coming !! love being a fly on the wall 😆
more of these! and would love to see how you handle remote sessions.
more more more! (and thank you!)
Glad you liked it, there's plenty more to come!
More please! I love being a fly on the wall for these. Especially the gear nerd stuff
Love it!
Watching your videos have become inspirational for me to get back to writing again. Been a rough year.
Hi Andrew. Love session videos. Would love to see more content like this. Especially on how to mix instruments. Happy holidays.Cheers
please do more of these!! this is fun
Absolutely do more of these session insights, the best content. Great stuff 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
This was awesome! Thank you!
Thanks!
Yes please. I’d love more of this videos. Sessions.
Nice video. Nice vibes!
This is so good. Love these vids. Merry Christmas nad a happy new year to you and your family
-Mickey from Denmark, Europe
Thanks! You too!
This is great, please do more!
Great to watch how the sausage is made. Looking at the reasons behind the choices and how decisions end up in the final is a rarely seen process and something that us deep dive nerds get far too little of. Amazing song as well! ❤
Love it - keep 'em coming!
Thanks! Glad you enjoyed it.
Yes, more coverage of the whole thing though! level adjustments, getting takes, auditioning tracks, everything. It would’ve been cool to hear you put in & out the mics you mentioned so we’d gain some insight on that. What you love, we’ll love. Yes .. More!!
More stuff like this please and thank you, would love to hear those tracks though
Definitely more videos like this please 🤘🏻🙌🏻😃💕
Will do!! Thanks for checking it out
yea, more session vids!
Yeah, more of this! 👌
Love these kind of videos.
Any and all session videos would be great, really interesting to 'sit in' so to speak on the conversations and decisions being made 🤓
Please make more and make then longer too 😁
Will do! Thanks
Great video as always Andrew! I’m about to open my new studio in Italy and it’s cool to see some bts and some real talk with an artist while prepping the session! Have a nice and happy Christmas!
I love your mic (I think that's what that is). It's giving Tony Stark. Merry Christmas
def love to see more like this, but when and if you do, could you give us more listening in time, like hearing the mics and preamps and eq, on and on. like really setting up the channels and why you made the choices you made! Love IT!
Love these videos man!!
yes yes yes drum time
Hi Andrew, thanks for all the work you've put in for your content, it's been really helpful over these last few years whilst trying to learn and improve my craft.
'Behind the scenes' style videos are great as there can always be something to take away and implement at some point.
If I may make a suggestion, it would be to try and show some of the raw tracks during these sessions, followed by the mixed drum tracks and a a quick breakdown of
some of the processing used and the decision making relative to the blend with the track (if possible with copyright).
I found that one of the most important parts of my learning process was comparing properly recorded raw tracks with my own stuff to gain insight on weak spots
in my own recording environment.
If you do this sort of content regularly, covering different songs/genres, I'm sure you'll be providing a ton of valuable knowledge to your audience.
Obviously not possible if you can't show the context of the recording, so thanks to Gabe for allowing us into the works of their music, the track sounds really nice!
I guess I missed the move. To grid is needed in my tool box. Thanks for video.
Yep I love this type of vid, by the way I really like the song...
Did the Arnold palmer get any credit on the track?
😍😍😍
That drill is going to fall over and break equipment and smash sum toes
3x5 what a song
Sooooo "sessions" as innnnn .... bunch of talking and no actual recording session lol IT"S SUPPOSED TO BE BOTH! Haven't you seen a recording session video before?!?!?! YA GOTTA VIDEO THE RECORDING PART TOO BRO lol
lol it was just drums! And it was like 2 takes. That’s how it is man most sessions are vision, prep, sounds and then a take or two unless the something is messed up..
