  • Long before the glitz and glamor of Hollywood, a humble pueblo formed on the shores of the Los Angeles River. El Pueblo de Los Angeles had humble beginnings which contrasts so greatly to the surrounding metropolis of downtown Los Angeles we know today. Olvera street and Plaza de Los Angeles mark the center of America's second largest city. While this can feel a bit like a tourist trap, the history behind this landmark make this a must visit! Lets check out Olvera Street and the historic downtown Los Angeles!

The food at Olvera Street is fabulous. It was an early field trip when I was in school.

I use to live in California as a child and one of my favorite places to go was Olvera St. The sights, sounds and smells are something I never will forget.
