Those 2 women gave such an indepth review of flavors as the snapping turtle gobbled it up,what a dynamic duo lol.Enjoy reviews with guests Barry and these 2 should be on once a month if you can convince them,and let your guests pick the spot so they have experianced the dishes and know its highly rated
They are joining me for Filipino soon.
Those are short ribs. They are often marinated with lemongrass and spices. Looking at the plates, they look very authentic. I can tell by the color of the dipping sauces. The fish sauce should be somewhat orange that means it's not too diluted with water. It's fish sauce, water, white vinegar, lime, sugar; then, you add chili and/or marinated carrots and daikon. Cheers.

Barry, my wife is Vietnamese and I can tell you that food looks legit. If your'e ever in the Northern Virginia area look me up. We have a large community here in the Falls Church area and hundreds of Vietnamese restaurants.

Im not saying you need to do this or expect you to do this but the way youtube algorithm works normally is the more frequently you upload the harder they push you. 10-20 minutes is normally better as well.

Barry, most of your reviews are pretty down to earth but I have to say, "WHAT THE .....?" Dipping the Basil? Never in my life heard of that. Each and every Pho restaurant I've been to and I've been to a lot all over the country, you rip the leaves off the stems and drop them i the soup. Gotta call you out on this one.

I am an American that has lived abroad for over two decades in Asia I don't expect people to know a lot, but I would nt talk down to them for not knowing. You visit restaurants from every cuisine around the globe with no bias and an open mind. Never acting like an expert, just someone who is just trying something new.
