Kristen Pfaff (May 26, 1967 - June 16, 1994) was the bass player for Janitor Joe and Hole before she passed away of a drug overdose in June of 1994. She is buried in her hometown of Buffalo, New York at the infamous Forest Lawn Cemetery in Section 6, Lot 45.
