The website is nit working
@@Sir_Wilo what’s going on with it?
È possibile installarlo sulla Honda NSR 125 con tutto l impianto elettrico funzionante?
Really nice motor build.
I actually like the original type bolts from Honda more, even use them in KTM's 😂
What template engine is this in the first few seconds of the video ?
@@KincadePavich ok now its working. Was giving me an error before
Motor looks great and glad to see someone use a torque wrench.
Kincade you are an absolute legend! Your build/revival series gave me the motivation to start reviving my 1993 yz250. My dad got it for me when I was a kid and it was absolutely ragged out, like rear fender zip tied on ragged out. A few years ago my grandfather rebuilt the engine for me and one day while riding it, it bogged out and never started back. I determined that it wasn't getting spark and all of the 30 year old electronics had been shot. I've replaced the ignition coil, stator, and spark plug and still no spark, I'm putting on a new CDI box today and hoping for the best. Once I get it running I'm hoping to get a few hours on it before I start the build. I found a forum linking a 1993 Damon Bradshaw replica graphics kit as well as the old factory frame color code and I also have a full UFO plastics kit lined up. The guy who had it before me already threw on a full Pro Circuit exhaust and forks as well as Pro Taper bars but it's probably going to need the forks rebuilt and the linkages/bearings serviced as well as the silencer repacked before I take it to the track. Thanks for docuumenting all of your work, I've been learning everything I need to get this bike revived!
That’s so awesome man! Best of luck with the build!
Thumbnail is eye-catching, BEAUTIFUL little engine, youre an artist brother.
Bro gave me motivation to work.
This is gonna be your best build yet KP!! Love watching you and learning from you!!
Much appreciated!
I know many might not pay attention BUT big thumbs up for Millenium for relieving the exhaust ridge area. Many dont do it :)
Good looking engine. Looking forward to dyno mine once it’s finished, hopefully break into the 55hp+ club. That’s all I can expect while retaining a mx fitted expansion chamber.
That's a great build! Hello from Greece 🇬🇷 💙
I used a phathead cylinder head on my 2007 CR134 many years ago and could not get it to seal properly and destroyed a couple pistons from coolant getting into the cylinder.
Went back to a standard head and no more issues.
Ahh, I miss that bike.
Bummer! I wonder if you had some damage or imperfections on top of the cylinder.
Kincade! Well done Bruh!
Kepingin punya mesin motor seperti itu tapi nasip berkata lain 😊
Cr 250.. il mio tesorooo!!
2sm has power valve brackets right now
I do think those bolt kits are super handy. Nice motor!
Beautiful Build… Thank You for sharing!
Keeps getting better and better!!
Good job making it pretty.
Now those studs and sleeves need Greece or anti seize to keep them from sticking next time.
The paper case gaskets need to be coated with grease to keep them from sticking.
Vertex pistions are much less likely to stick than the wisco.
Squish , thats pistion to head clearance should always be checked especially when using aftermarket parts.
Last the smart carb. Well set it rich out of the box and work your self leaner as you go . They are still a carburetor and no Matter who tells you they are completely self-adjusting for altitude and temperature they are not
Definitely agree on the last part big time. Too bad they don't make simple closed loop EFI systems with a screw that can adjust in increments of 250 feet of elevation per click with an arrow pointing to a dial between 0K and 8K.
There you go, unless you're riding in the depths of hell or hill climbing Everest you're covered. No more guess work and testing required.
People whine about EFI being complicated and impossible to work on.
Those same people are working on their carb AT LEAST once every season to keep it running right.
Thanks for the feedback!
so clean bro 🔥
“CODING SUCKS, I’M GOING ENGINE-BUILDING‼️” Nice job, KP. I’m about to pop this monster’s frame out of the box and vapor blast it for you & your awesome viewers. 💎
You're the man Charles! Cannot wait to see you work your magic on that thing.
That carb is sick! Looks almost like it's fuel injected! Smart carb 🤔 mhmm interesting. Need more Budd awesome job. Great work!!
W😎W! That engine is a beauty. Thanxs for keeping the 2T ALIVE! 👍
Thanks a ton!
Sheeeshh, KP that engine looks too fresh. Your a pro bro💪💪👍👍
looks sweet!
1:59 bearing + hammer = damage to balls
Me too can't wait to see you on the dyno..my 2001 cr250 makes 65hp on c12. To the tire. I'm sure your gonna blow me away😅!
250 - 2 stroke 65hp to the tire.........lmao um no
Beautiful thank you for sharing
Thank you!
GOOD WORK!
Awesome!!!! Man you are killing it.
Crazy how quick this is coming together!! Love it and great job Sir!
So thats how you afford all these bike stuff
How?
Codes like a pro
@@w1llucoding don’t know if he has a job as a web dev or something similar but it pays really well😂
awesome Build Really but u gotta use some kind of lubricant anythings better than nothin the chances of it tankin are slim to none but it will prolong the life of the motor
I did use lubricant. Assembly lube on all the bearings, transmission is caked in oil.
loved the vid man keep uploading cant wait for next part
Does anyone know how much of a difference a fat head would make on bottom end power on 2002 Cr 250.
Beautiful.
Let’s go!!
So what’s the outright bhp of a CR 250 with all the go fast parts 👍🥃🇦🇺
what a motor nice job sir
Satisfying 🔥🔥
clean build :D
Great work
You double gasketed the reed boot to reed cage but no gasket from reed cage to cylinder!!! But beautiful work man! Can’t wait to win this bike!
There is a gasket behind the reed cage to cylinder as well. Just hard to see in the vid! And double gasket was supplied by VForce for clearance. Thanks man!
That is beauty
Sooo SICK!
Where did you find the motor jig?
All is a great master piece except the black color on the engine.. Black attack more Sunlight heat this keeps the engine hotter.
Silver is the way to go.
Have you ever touch a black color car and a silver one under the Sun?
Mayor difference of heat retention.
Try it!
Hey man where did u get the red engine components from
awesome.. 👍👍👍
that was me, when i'm frustrated about code, i just move on to my bike 😅
What can I say...
WOW
very nice
Nice engine...
Love it 😍
Impressive
Do you follow a service manual for knowing what order to do things and and torque specs?
Not so much for order anymore, I've done enough engines. For torque specs, yes.
Sweet
Honestly I feel like a lot of people would agree with me on this one but I think it would be really awesome for you to do a build on a ktm 144.
Sorry I sound kinda like a loser right there but this bike is ganna be awesome and can’t wait for the final product. I learn a ton of stuff from you and honestly just love playing your vids for something to do when I’m bored.
0:20 one white shoe, one blue shoe?
The new STIC Super X2 carb I installed is about as potent as you can make that 250. It's nearly impossible to imagine until you experience it. It's more like you had the best tuner both port for low end and top end. Which they can't do, BTW. There doesn't need to be any engine mods, nor race gas. Tho. you can run 93 pump on a 125 98 octane spec head...no detonation issues. I previously ran the STIC metering block. As potent as it is, it was only part of the total design of the new cast carb. On my 200SX I run a Keihin 200 main and an 80 pilot jet. These are huge compared to stock 175/45 jets. The pilot circuit actually reverses flow above the idle range and introduces air/fuel vapor just above the main. Vapor is sourced from the carb bell and venturi via passages. I use a G2 throttle cam #400(mud conditions) just so I can control the mayhem.
I thought I was watching an ad in the beginning haha
bro how u find tutorials of engine torque specs bolts case and gears?? plz help me i want to build mine but there’s nothing about it
I buy a service manual for every bike I work on!
Hype to have a chance to win this machine!!! Also: what brand T handles do you have? I like how compact they are. I’m looking at picking up the Tusk racing ones
They are motion pro! I've got the small tusk 1/4" drive one in my trail pack.
Yooo Lemme get that Shinko shirt!!!!!
Awesome work. Do i have to live in the states to enter?
Nice
It looked like you installed the gaskets incorrectly on the reed valve
I don't think so... I put one behind the reeds, and then 2 between the reed cage and intake manifold. Those ones came with the VForce reeds and the instructions said they were to be used as spacers since the VForce sits up a little bit. What do you think is incorrect?
It looks absolutely amazing the red and black are a great combo can’t wait to see the finished bike
The shoes🤣🤣
Hahaha glad you noticed!!
I had to go back to make sure!
I love the vids
Thanks man
I have a new OEM pedal shifter on the original package if you want to put the cherry on top of your build!👌🏼
It just looks like the original OEM shifter?
@@KincadePavich the one that you used will get flimsy after a couple of hours of use the original one will last years and years, when I knew that they had new shifters I went running and I bought one for myself and threw the tusk one that I had to the trash.
Hey bro, I love your videos and I am looking for a pit / dirt bike. Do you have any suggestion my buget is 500-1500.
Thank you! Tough to find anything nice in that price range, but if you keep your eyes out you could probably find a decent pit bike!
@@KincadePavichThanks bro
Bike is gunna be so sick. I wish you didn’t put a notched basket in it though. Its okay when i win it it will get a hinson. 😅. Good work man
I thought long and hard about the basket with the caliber of this build; I know the wear is visible, but it's practically nonexistent in reality. You can certainly see where the plates have rubbed, but the wear is so minimal it can barely catch a fingernail. I don't see this basket negatively affecting clutch performance. If I decide otherwise once we ride it, I'll get a new basket for it.
@@KincadePavich oh man I am just teasing I’ve definitely seen much worse. The bike will be a power house and I’m sure that basket will be un noticed by most riders. I checked all the comments to see if anyone else caught it and they didn’t and honestly I would not have either if i didn’t JUST put a full Hinson in my 450.
Looks bad ass man, awesome work 👌 is the link you posted for fast metric an affiliate link. I'm doing an rm250 myself at the moment and need a kit.
I do not have an affiliate link with them but would definitely recommend their kits!
Hello, I'm from Brazil and it's difficult to find two-stroke engine parts here, is there a website where I can buy parts in the US?
I'm not sure who ships to Brazil to tell you the truth!
@@KincadePavich OK thanks
Hi what is the polishing wheel you used called?

Fly racing! Thank you!
4:01 was that a spark flash???
Whoa! I never even noticed that while editing, but it definitely was haha!
@@KincadePavich Damn, didn't expect a reply from the creator, let alone so soon. Good job on the build and the responsiveness 👍
Is there a certain place you get your tourqe specs
I have a Haynes service manual for this bike
🤩
Seriously, who would want to sit doing coding when there's such a beautiful engine to work on 😂
Go grab a mop son
Are you a developer? Front end?
I was a full time web developer, some front end some back end. Now I do freelance and dirt bikes.
THat's interesting, you would think you were a mechanic by your channel hahaha. Nice man it's always kool to find out someone has another side to them.

I love you
Mustahil aku yang menang,tidak mungkin😂😂😂
4:01 😂 🤷🏻♂️
This was the most sexual video I've seen of a motorcycle engine. I love it!
How come you don’t talk anymore
KP are you sporting mismatched shoes because you've destroyed your right shoe on high compression kick starts?! PS, I dress the same way due to the same problem. What dirt bike owners haven't, though?
Two different shoes lol
First person to notice lol
Wait you do coding?
Yep! I was a full time web developer for 4 years
Just casually hammering in a bearing without a driver or socket🙄🙄🙄
I was thinking the same
Yaaaaa, bearing was frozen, case was warm, almost slid in by hand. She just needed a small taparoo. But you're correct, not good practice.
this engine is no good, last good was 2001.
Boring
Cool
