    Thanks a lot, very helpful.
    If anyone is confused, I suggest he write down the formulas, pick two numbers : One above 0 and one below 0 as two examples.
    Go through calculating the four slices, drawing them in the order he described ( Slice3, Slice4, Slice5, Slice 1 then Slice 2) And match the colors as described in the video.
    From understanding the example you'll probably figure out how to match it for your specific dataset/case.

    This is cool, but very difficult to translate this concept for other datasets.

    not all the dashboard is sales basis what if for asset management? that is why that profit margin does not apply always, please make an example that is generic to all

    Hey, How to create a Gauge Chart to display Average of Sales?

    • @AnalyticsExplorers
      @AnalyticsExplorers  ปีที่แล้ว

      Hey,
      Gauge charts are useful to display fields that you know their max, min, and middle values as ratios for example. But for the average of sales it's not the best choice.
      But if you insist on choosing gauge chart for the average of sales, try to find the max value for this field and replace the upper boundary ( which is 100% in the video example) by it and the same for the middle value

      @@AnalyticsExplorers Hi, Can you elaborate 'upper boundary' and middle value here?

    • @AnalyticsExplorers
      @AnalyticsExplorers  ปีที่แล้ว

      @@monikabishtt sure,
      The upper boundary I mean is the maximum value for the sales which you want to display the average for.
      If you watched the video it will be instead of the 100 % for our profit margin.
      The middle value for your case is the maximum divided by 2 as the minimum value for the average sales is assumed to be zero, by logic.

      Hi @monikabishtt, did you figure out how to plot the average of sales?
