It's better to search for other channels if you want tableau or powerbi content. They don't sell courses for that, so why should they make them as they are not depended on ad revenue from youtube.
My main question is when do you and don’t you want to show numerical scales on a graph. For example, on a bar graph, when would you show the x-axis numerical scale and when would you leave it off? You already have labels showing the number value for each bar so when is the x-axis scale being shown important, and when is it redundant?
Young researcher here, I love your channel! All your video content definitely improves my slide deck-making skills. There's one issue that bothers me for years that I haven't found a solution. I have a table in Power point, and I need to color code some cells with patterns. Is there a way to copy cell formatting to desired cells rather than manually apply shape formatting one by one? Thank you!!
I have just finished an Excel business chart course where these principles were also taught. This video is a good summary that helps to absorb the issue even more. 🙂
3:50 As a scientifically oriented person, I would never chose this chart because it is wrong. But I think sometimes you shouldn't care about the correctness but rather if it makes something clear. And using this chart type is honestly the only way. Putting dots on the line could satisfy both parts of my brain probably. And someone at 9:31 intruduced rounding errors. They should have gone with a different colour palette to emphasize the 63/62% this way and not using the addition of the rounded values as the indicator for the 63 split.
Can you make also video’s for management consultant? Your slides are perfect, but rather for strategy consultants. My life is more about how we implement or how we proceed
Any reccomondations on a chart building tool that is compatible with MacOS. I tried downloading the PPT plug in for ampler but it is not compatible with MacOS. Thanks.

It is a part of a data analyst
@@maminoivan8955 so it is not a career alone ? no job for that ?
