See. I knew you were gonna end up making me a toolslut. Before it's said and done, I'm gonna end up with 7 different kinds of batteries, and shop full of tools to match.
If your store has a clearance area, it could be packed with tools. Mine is near the back of the store. I've never paid attention to the prices, but there's tons of Bosch in mine. They sent a bunch of new Bosch models and are unloading the old. Some from all of the other brands as well. Of course, you may have covered this, and some stores may just throw em on the plant carts!
My Lowes was full of Dewalt and Metabo display tool on clearance i picked up Dewalt Power Detect Grinder, Sawzall, and Metabo Triple hammer impact and Drill Driver spent like $300 on almost 900 worth of tools but needed new jobsite tools
in my opinion, no. They have good tools but they perform like Ryobi and RIDGID. Bosch needs to upgrade their tools to perform like the elites. they wont break down like a DIY tool but they could be stronger
@@ChrisZukowski88 yea the impact wrench seems pretty good. I just want something small to keep in my car for taking lug nuts off or small car repair in emergencies

nothing wrong with having multiple battery platforms. not all tool brands have the best tool in a category.

I’m thinking real hard about getting the 12v Dewalt XTREME 3/8 impact wrench this week. That free battery kit makes it seem like a pretty sweet deal
as far as 12v goes, the extreme series is pretty good!

I have the 12v extreme drill/impact driver and i grab them before the 20v...unless im driving lags or drilling larger holes...
it really is a powerful tool. both the 3/8 and 1/2 is worth getting
